Settling Down

So I've made it official, each chapter will be put up everyday and shall have 1000+ words to satisfy everyone's needs for this story.

LAST TIME:

"(Y/n)'s parents talked with our parents and they said to her parents to get (Y/n) to come with us on Summer Holidays to Gravity falls!" Mabel jumps into the conversation.

"You somehow made sense for once Mabel, I congratulate you" I say slowly clapping.

"Yay!" Mabel say running around in a circle.

"So can we go to the Mystery Shack yet? I would like to put all my stuff away." Dipper says getting impatient.

"Yeah lets go already!" Mabel say running off with her things to the Mystery shack and I sigh heavily and follow everyone where ever the hell this shack is.

NOW:

I drop everything on the ground in Soos' room cause he said that he would move into the previous bosses room for the summer holidays. I look around the room and it's not half bad for someone who eats and plays on the computer in their room half of the day.

(Please tell me i'm not the only one who plays on the laptop and eats half of the day here, like I've got to have that buddy xD)

"Finally I just relax the rest of the day and not care at all!" I flop onto the bed and I turn over so I'm facing the roof...there seems to be an eye that's crossed out on the roof. Odd. I sit up and lazily walk out the room and I see Dipper walk past.

"Hey Dipper, what is with the eye being crossed out on the roof in my bedroom?" I ask and he looks at me as if he's going to piss himself.

He nervously laughs and rubs the back of his neck "Well we had Summerween party and there was this thing we had going on where whoever crossed out the most eyes on the house they would win but in the end we all got in trouble for doing that by Grunkle Stan" Dipper explains.

I look at him in disbelief then realize "Hey isn't that they guy that use to run the Mystery Shack?" I ask and out of nowhere i'm tackled to the ground.

"(Y/N) HELP ME!!" Mabel yells in my ear.

I groan loudly "Damnit Mabel, I'm lazy. No loud noises."

"Being lazy has nothing to do with loud noises."

"Yes it does Bookworm, anyway Mabel. What was so important that you had to tackle me and yell in my ear?" I ask shoving Mabel off me and sitting up.

"IT'S GIDEON!!" She panics

"Isn't he the one that has like a bleached hairdo like those women who go to "O-So-Fancy" balls or something?"

"YEAH THAT'S HIM!"

Dipper sighs heavily "Please tell me he's not here at the Shack".

"HE'S HERE AT THE SHACK!"

I groan loudly with Dipper "And what am I supposed to do about it?" I ask and I instantly regret it.

Mabel gasps from getting an idea and puts a brown wig on me and shoving clothes onto me "Wait hold u- MABEL DAMNIT I HATE SWEATE- NO MAKE-UP!! OR GLITTER!!!" I yell trying to get away from the demon before me.

"Perfect" Mabel says as she steps away from me and Dipper turns away trying not to snicker.

I death glare Dipper "Bookworm, if one word comes out your mouth, you're going to die" I threaten and he quickly runs off to who knows where.

I go to chase after Dipper but i'm forced towards the front door. "Wait ho-" right in the middle of my sentence I feel something attached to my leg. I look down and see a white fur ball.

"Mabel you're so tall and grown up now!" A child like voice says and I freak out.

"IT'S UGLY GET IT OFF OF ME! MABEL I'M GOING TO KILL YOU!" I shout while ripping off the white fur ball off of me and throwing like 10ft away from me.

"BEGONE DEMON! SHALL THE HEAVEN PUNISH MY SOUL FOR WHAT THE HELL JUST TOUCHED ME!" I yell climbing the Mystery Shack.

"My dear Mabel there is no need to be afraid of me! Come down and lets have a date!"

"NEVER FOUL BEAST!" I hiss death glaring the Fur ball.

~ Several Hours Later ~

I hug my knees waiting for the Fur Ball to leave me alone, he probably left like ages ago but staying up here seems safe... yeah...

I have all the clothes Mabel forced onto me next to me and I take the wig off completely forgetting it was there in the first place. "Well Gravity Falls, I'm being tormented by two little rascals who are taking what I see as my punishment for being an anti-social teen to a little challenge on who can get me to leave first." I say out loud to no one in particular.

"Yeah it's gonna get worse from here" I feminine voice says and I look behind me and I see Wendy.

"Yo"

"Yo" she says back.

"So might I ask who that White Fur Ball was?" I say as I watch Wendy sit down next to me.

"That White Fur Ball was Gideon. The one Mabel hates."

"No wonder he smelt like hairspray." I lay down on the roof and Wendy does the same and just chuckles.

"Why did you even smell his hair?"

"Can't help it he freaking tackled me each time I tried climbing the roof."

Wendy snorts and I punch her "Shut up!" I whine "meanie"

Wendy rubs her arm then ignores it like nothing ever happened. " You're not half that bad for being Dipper and Mabel's friend from their school. They do tend to get quite... what's the word?" Wendy thinks about it.

"Childish?" I suggest and she clicks her fingers.

"Yeah! Childish! That's the word! But for you I believe you are a great friend around. You should hang out with my friends sometime" She suggests.

I chuckle "Nice offer, I might have to think about it. I usually tend to be lazy all day and do nothing, it's what I do for a living but I think I have some sort of feeling that coming to Gravity Falls that something wildly insane might go on."

"Yeah? Like what?"

"I don't know, just something that you would never see. I feel like that Gravity Falls is some sort of energy based place where you could possibly find supernatural beings like vampire and werewolves for and example."

Wendy looks at me with a worried look on her face and doesn't say a word.

"What?"

"Uh, It's nothing." Wendy looks at her watch "Hey I have to go how about later you ask Mabel and Dipper to take you to the Woodstick festival that is happening early this year? You could meet all my friends" She invites as she sits up and looks at me and I do the same.

"Sure why not? I don't see any harm to going to a party like thing. Could actually put some of my laziness to the side." I laugh and Wendy does too.

"Seems like a deal." She jumps off the roof and lands on the ground "I'll see you later (Y/n)!" She waves and runs off.

"Same to you Wendy!" I shout out to her as she runs off and I jump down as well and I enter the house.
