Poppy Kiouloglou: Look, Ian was sent to the principal, today.

James Maslow: Again?! Why? What did he do?

Poppy Kiouloglou: He put a tack on his teacher's chair.

James Maslow: Which teacher?

Poppy Kiouloglou: Mr. Bernie.

James Maslow: Oh, I never liked that teacher. He used to be my teacher in Elementary School and I was in the Principal's Office almost every day.

Poppy Kiouloglou: And I was wondering from who Ian got that characteristic... going to the Principal's Office. (Whispering to herself).

James Maslow: What did you say, honey?

Poppy Kiouloglou: Nothing. Just talking to myself.

James Maslow: Ok.

Poppy Kiouloglou: Really? Almost every day?

James Maslow: Yes, it's true! Almost every day in the Principal's Office. You could say, I knew the office more than the Principal himself, as I was going every day. I remember one time, when I started making fun of him in class and he heard me. I was doomed. The Principal and the teacher told me off, as well as my mother, when we got home.

Poppy Kiouloglou: No offence honey, but I think you deserved that.

James Maslow: No, I'm not offended as I know I deserved that.

Poppy Kiouloglou: Good for you! Hey, are you going to our son's graduation?

James Maslow: Do you call that ''graduation''? He's going from the fourth grade to the fifth grade. Nothing important.

Poppy Kiouloglou: You don't understand, do you? We're talking about a big ceremony.

James Maslow: And that means what? That we should go? Do what there? They keep creating new ways to celebrate mediocrity but if someone is genuinely exceptional...

Poppy Kiouloglou: It's not all about you! It's about Dash!

James Maslow: Let him do sports!

Poppy Kiouloglou: You know we can't do that!

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Dash whispered ''What'' but James and Poppy heard him.

Poppy Kiouloglou: All right, Ian. I know you're listening. Come on out.

Ian: Wow! That was a really loud conversation.

James Maslow: (To Ian): It's ok, just go to bed.

Poppy Kiouloglou: We should all go to bed!

Ian: Goodnight mum and dad! (He goes upstairs to his room).

The crickets are chirping and a dog barks.
