2 Weeks Later...
Today was MaKenziee's first birthday and her big birthday bash. Cami was running around the house like a mad woman while Dominic and I watched TV.
"Geno can you please get up and help me?" Cam said from the kitchen.
"Yeah mami. I'm coming." I said. I slid Dom off my lap and headed into the kitchen.
"What you need me to do?" I asked.
"Can you set up the table?" She asked. I nodded and started setting everything up. Cam and I haven't been the same since I admitted I cheated, but hopefully after tonight things will change and go back to normal.
"Who's all coming to the party?" I asked, trying to break the awkward silence.
"All our friends and family. Just a small group of people." She said.
"Okay cool." I said.
"Yeah. So the party starts in an hour. Can you order in the pizza while I get the kids ready? Three pepperonis and three cheeses." She asked.
"Anything for you my love." I said. She rolled her eyes and headed to get the kids ready. I laughed as I finished setting everything up.
The party was in motion as we all chilled and celebrated my baby girl's birthday. The kids were sitting at the table eating while the rest of us were having a conversation. Cami and I tried to act like we were good, but we both knew the truth. Just looking at her made me feel bad about doing her so bad, and I made a promise to myself and my kids that I'd never do her like that again. And that's a promise I was going to stick to.

Geno is being hella weird and shit today. He was standing next to me with his arm around my shoulder just staring at me. I'm trying to just let this cheating shit go, but I can't. I was still extremely hurt, but I was going to be civil since it was our daughter's birthday.
"You ready to sing happy birthday?" He asked me. I nodded and went to grab the cake.
"Naw baby. I got it. You relax." He said as he went to grab the cake.
