The Surgery, and the Results

I soon sensed a presence and I got into a defensive position. Then I realized it was Tsunade's chakra. "Tasha, please make your way to the hospital." She told me.

I nodded as Kayami climbed onto my head. I hopped down from my tree and started to walk. "Ok follow the path, stop." Kayami directed me. "Turn left, go straight, turn right. Straight. Stop your gonna run into a wall!" She yelled at me as soon as I face planted into a wall.

"Ow!" I exclaimed loudly with my face in my hands.

"Ok. Turn right and go straight. Stop. Shimmy to the right and stick your hands out for the doors." Kayami told me. I did as she said and I felt the doors. I shoved them open and walked in. "Go straight. Turn left and take 3 steps forward." I followed what she said and then stopped. "The receptionist is in front of you.

"Ok, thanks Kayami. I'm Tasha Tsukino, Tsunade requested I be here." I tell the receptionist.

"Oh, yes, you need to go to room 38. Tsunade will be with you soon." She told me. I nodded emotionlessly and followed Kayami's instructions to the room.

I sat on the bed waiting for Tsunade to return. "Ah thank you for coming Tasha. I found out the success rate of the operation. You have a 5% chance of getting vision back and a 95% chance of being blind for the rest of your life." She told me.

I sighed. "I'm already blind, so I may as well attempt the surgery." I told her, my voice sounding deflated.

"Ok follow me and we will start the operation immediately." She tells me, I get up quickly and follow her. Why do I have to be blind? I followed her and she gripped my shoulders. She pushed me down and laid me onto a surgery bed. "Kayami, are you sure you wish to be here?" She asked my companion.

"I will not leave my partner's side!" She tells Tsunade confidently.

"She says she will not leave my side." I tell Tsunade.

Tsunade sighed. "Alright, but if you attempt to attack any of the doctors and nurses I'm throwing you out of the room."

"You will not throw her!" I yelled at Tsunade.

"Tasha! Calm down, it's alright." Kayami soothed.

 I nodded and relaxed my eyes. "I'm going to knock you out with some medicine now ok?" Tsunade confirmed with me. I nodded slightly. I suddenly felt a needle in my arm. My blind eyes widened with tears. I do have a huge phobia of needles. Soon I felt the world around me fall and I passed out.

~~~In Tasha's Subconscious (3rd Person)~~~

Tasha looked around. A person who looked just stood there, eyes shut. A smirk appeared on the Alter Tasha. A sadistic laugh erupted from the Alter Tasha's mouth. She opened her eyes that glowed a brilliant purple hue. The hue changed to blue, then green, brown, red, yellow, then to black. Tasha stumbled back. Alter Tasha got up and her eyes changed to red. "You're scared of me. Ha! Good. You better be." Alter Tasha's eerie voice cracked. "I want your body, give it to me. Let me be the ruler of your body. I will destroy that loving side of you." The crackling of Alter Tasha's laugh made Tasha stumble back more.

"What are you? Get out of my head. Leave me alone!" Tasha shouted at the demonic Alter Tasha.

"What does little old me want? I want to destroy everything. Why, I have no reason, I just want to." Alter Tasha chuckled.

"You will not destroy anything. This is my body, my mind. I can just push you out." Tasha told the demonic person in front of her. "Do you know nothing of me? If you are my opposite, that means you mostly hide your emotions. You know my past experiences. You want me to be strong not weak don't you?" Tasha asked. The demon stared at Tasha. "Listen. You are me, I am you. Can we not live together in my body, in harmony. Take my hand." Tasha continued, going over to the Alter Tasha. Tasha grabbed the Alter's hand and pulled her closer. Tasha gave the Alter a hug. The demonic essence within the Alter disappeared as a tear fell.

"I took your sight. But I cannot give it back. I'm sorry. Please forgive me. And please tell the medic working on your eyes I'm sorry too." The Alter Tasha sobbed as she hugged Tasha more. She has major mood swings, but I do too Tasha thought. "Good-bye." Alter Tasha whimpered as she slowly disappeared.

~~~In the hospital (Tasha's POV)~~~

I felt my body stiffen. I sensed no chakra around me, so I must be safe. Then memories flooded my mind. I had surgery done. I opened my eyes and the Alter me was right. I still am blind. I felt Tsunade's chakra enter the room. "Did it work?" She asked politely.

"Thank you for attempting, but no." I told her. I left out the part about the Alter me. "Tsunade, where is Kayami?" I asked her.

"She is sleeping next to you on your pillow. I will remove the bandages from your eyes in about an hour." She told me and I sighed.

"Ok, thank-you Tsunade." I say trying to sound cheery. "Bye." I say quietly. I felt her presence walk away quickly. I slowly sighed and closed my eyes. I forced sleep to overcome my mind as soon as my eyes were shut.

"Is this the one?" A masculine voice asked. I strained my tired ears to hear what was going on.

"I'm pretty sure this is her. The Lord told us that she has white hair, pale skin, and has a spider." A more feminine voice replied. I know these voices, who are they?

"Can we hurry up and get going? I want to leave this damn village already." Sasuke's voice said. I felt my insides freeze. That means the others are the sound four. I snapped my eyes open and jumped up out of the bed. "Oh look, she's up." He said mono-toned.

I felt the five chakra's in the room. I woke Kayami up in the commotion and she crawled on my arm hissing. "Ahhhh! Ewwww! A spider!" I heard the female of the group, Tayuya, screech. I had to sweat drop at her reaction. I felt a bit of Kayami's venom drip from her fangs onto my hands.

"Get away from my partner!" She hissed as I said the same thing. I didn't notice the presence behind me until it was too late. The needle was shoved into my neck and I felt the liquid slide under my skin. I heard Kayami gasp. I soon felt darkness take over my body once again.

~~~In Orochimaru's Hideout (Tasha's POV)~~~

I heard hissing, mumbling and agonizing screams. I felt my throat clench up to prevent me from screaming. 'Kayami?' I asked in my head.

'I'm safe, right next to you.' She replied in a soft tone. I sighed silently and I tried to sense and chakra presences near me. I froze. My eyes still shut. I took a deep breath and turned towards the evil presence.

"You!" I hissed at the black-haired sharingan user. "You let them take me from Konoha!" I growled louder. I slowly let the chakra in my hand start to move. It quickly started to spin and soon formed the rasengan. "You took me from my friends!" I shouted at Sasuke. "Rasengan!" I shouted aiming at his chakra signature. I almost crashed into the wall when he moved but I shifted mid-air. I turned and lunged at him again, before hitting another surface. I heard the creak of metal shifting as my rasengan died down. I then sat down, my eyes still shut.

"Be glad I took you from that weak village." He spoke mono-toned.

My head shot his way. "Go to hell Sasuke! They will are stronger than you will ever be!" I spat at him.

He growled at this. I felt chakra shape around his hand. "If you dare lay a hand on Lady Tasha, Orochimaru will have your head." Kabuto informed Sasuke walking in.

My head snapped Kabuto's way this time. "Get out of here now you scum bag! I will personally beat the shit out of you!" I shouted again.

"But you wouldn't hurt me. If you do, your one friend will... die." He told me.

"Who!?" I shouted at him.

"Well, they protect her well. But her sister seems to be more important." He said, only one person popped into my head.
