Not long after Anthony had joined the team...
"Hey, Kam," Anthony said."do you know what's Titus' deal?"
"What do you mean?" Kam demanded, snapping his head up from the machine his was helping Oliver with.
"Uh-oh." Oliver said.
"I mean," Anthony paused,"He's so...Blank. I can never understand what he's thinking."
"That's just the way he is, Anthony." Kam growled as he stood.
"Sorry, sorry." Anthony said. "I was just curious."
"Well, you know what they say. Curiosity killed the cat." Kam said darkly to him and stormed away towards Titus, who was reading the Number 1 seller How to Avoid People.
"Sheesh." Anthony let out a sigh of relief. "What was that all about?"
"It's not his fault." Oliver shrugged, continuing to tamper with the contraption. "He has sworn to protect Titus with everything he's got."
"Why?"
"They were childhood friends and Titus was bullied as a child so Kam gave him a promise to keep him from people like that."
"Oh shoot." Anthony said. "I guess I was a little careless when I asked."
"It's fine. Titus doesn't really agree to the promise, thinking Kam's being childish, and just goes along with it." Oliver snickered. "They're like a couple, those two."
They laughed together.
