Stan and Ford saw a strike of lightning hit an area of the forest. Luckily, it was very close by to the path they were heading. They saw a blue glow shine from the midst of another path. Then Ford's eyes widened.

The statue of Bill, it shattered. "N-no. Bill. H-he." Ford was lost for words when he realized that in a way, Bill has been released from the prison he was in. He has been unleashed to the town once more. And if he gets his hands on the kids and Stan again, Ford knows that he'll need to give up and shake his hand and help Bill break the barrier around the town.

Ford's hands shook and weakened, so did his body. "This can't be happening already." He muttered. "What is?" Stan asked as he looked at Ford with concern. They felt an odd wave wash over them and they looked at the shattered statue once more. This time, they ran to it. The two were shocked to see Dipper laying there with his eyes widening.

"Dipper!!" Ford called out with relief as he ran to get Dipper out of the dangerous zone. "Great Uncle Ford? And, Grunkle Stan!" Dipper cheered as he saw the two Grunkles safe and together. Yet, something still bothered the 12-year old boy. He couldn't keep silent so he just told them anyway, "where's Mabel?" Ford and Stan glanced at each other then just continued to retreat from the dangerous area where the statue shattered.

Dipper didn't even bother to ask once more, since he understood that the three of them didn't know Mabel's whereabouts. But they didn't plan on giving up either. "Say, Dipper." Stan conversed. Dipper looked at his other uncle while he was in Ford's arms, still carrying him away. Dipper arched his eyebrow for Stan to continue.

"You seriously don't remember a thing now?"

"No, I guess I don't. It started when I woke up and then I forgot who this guy was. But then he told me he was your brother so I decided to believe him." Dipper wanted to say more, but that's only gonna hurt Grunkle Ford. He still didn't trust Ford and that would really hurt Ford if Dipper said that out loud. So he decided to stay quiet about that part.

"I see. Hey kid, when we find your sister. Don't worry, I'll fix everything." Stan gave a genuine smile to Dipper that the preteen himself never even received from him. "Th-thanks, Stan. That means a lot. Even though I still don't remember much." Dipper chuckled, Stan followed along.

Stanford just frowned. "We need to hurry up, it's already dark." He never told anyone, but he was secretly jealous of Stan for having a nice relationship with both the twins. He would even roll his eyes sometimes whenever Stan would 'bond' with the kids. Ford always thought that Dipper would be even more close to him but still, Stan would make it look like Dipper has more fun with him.

Ford walked faster to leave Stanley behind. "Um, Great Uncle Ford?" Dipper called out to his grunkle. He hugged the back of Ford's neck, so it became a piggy back ride. "Yes?" Ford waited for Dipper's reply. "What's my last name?" Dipper questioned. Ford's fast walking slowly stopped until he finally came to a full stop.

'Not that too.' Ford thought to himself.

He was so frustrated with Dipper but he couldn't blame the boy either. "It's Pines." Ford forced a weak smile on his face. "Is Dipper my only and real name?" The boy asked once more. But Ford didn't actually know the answer. He never knew that Dipper had another name. "I-I don't know." Then a long moment of silence filled the air. The grunkle started walking again. It became awkward since no one was talking. Good thing the shack was already visible from afar.
