Lost Girl (Complete)

I'm Hope May and I go to Lincoln high. I don't have many friends and don't really get noticed by the people around me. I have only 1 close friend. Her name is mia. We mostly hang out at school and my house she doesn't like me going over to her house. We go over there when her dad isn't home for some reason.

Tomorrow is Monday so instead of waking up at 5:30 am tomorrow I took a shower today and got dressed in a white t-shirt with shorts. I put my hair up in a braid while my hair was wet and went to sleep.
--next day--

Hope's pov-
I woke up a little late but I'll be okay. I took my hair out of my braid and it was wavy. I got dressed in a black tang top with jeans on and a flannel over it. ((Outfit will at the bottom)) I put my hair up in a loose pony tail and slipped on my shoes. I went downstairs and grabbed an Apple to eat for breakfast then went back upstairs to grab my phone really quick. I finished my Apple, threw it out and left for school. I plugged my headphones in while I was walking.
I turned on I hate you I love you by gnash. I listened to the song then reached school. I put my phone away and went to my locker. I haven't seen mia yet but she's probably late. Again. So I went to my first class and sat down. About 15 minutes into the class mia walked in with a late pass and sat down next to me.
I pulled out a paper wrote to her. "Why were you late?" It said. She looked at me and mouthed 'i'll tell you later' while crumbling the paper and putting it in her book. I nodded in okay and payed attention the rest of the class.

--after class--

Me and mia walked out of class together walking to our next class.
"Why were you late?" I asked.
"I had a small family problem" she said lying.
I can tell when she's lying. She plays with her fingers and can't look you in the eyes. I didn't push her to tell me what really happened. We walked to our second class that was on the second floor and sat down. We went through class talking and laughing. Today was a free day since the teacher wasn't here and left nothing for us to do. We talked about things we couldn't outside of school because of our parents.
Then her boyfriend Carter came in. Me and carter didn't get along very well because he would take her from me out of no where. I was the single one out of us. Carter came and sat next to mia and started whispering something to her. He looked at me while whispering to her and gave me one of them aggravated looks for no reason. I rolled my eyes and looked out the door. I then seen Nash. The one boy I like. Me and him talk sometimes but he's just so sweet. He's made me smile when nobody else could. His blue eyes were the cutest and his smile made me melt inside. I always liked hanging with him. Even if it was just for 5 minutes in the halls. We hanged a lot outside of school because he lives down the street from me. Mine and his mom are like best friends. Her mom always comes over so she's like a second mom to me. I love his whole family as if they were mine.
"Hope?" I heard then seen a hand being waved in front of my face. I looked over and seen mia trying to get my attention. "Ya?" I said snapping out of my thoughts. "We have to go to 3rd period" she said grabbing her books. "Okay." I said standing up.

Hey sorry this is like my first book I know it may not be so good right now but I promise it will get better.
