Aphmau POV
I felt a soft but cold feeling on the tip of my nose. I looked up and saw snow falling slowly onto the ground and the buildings. Everything was bright even though it was night time. I walked back into the palace.

I walked over to Garroth which he was getting ready for the first dance of the night. He held his hand out and asked me to dance. "Would you like to honour me for the first dance m'lady?" "Yes I will be honoured to" I replied and forced a smile onto my face.

I curtsied as the dance finished. I walked onto the side of the ballroom. I watched people dancing and smiling. I sighed, Garroth came up to me and gave me a drink. "Thank you Garroth" I said. I drank the drink, it has a slight sour taste to it. I looked at the clock. 12:51 I said inside my head. I felt slightly dizzy, "L-l-aur-" I muttered. And then everything went black.

Laurance POV
I walked over to the daylily garden. The air was circling with snow. I saw the daylilies frosted with snow. I stopped, Aphmau was in the ground not moving. A tear fell down my cheek and I dropped onto my knees. "W-why?" I asked to myself. I touched Aphmau's face. I saw a bottle which Aphmau was holding.

Aphmau POV
I can see it all, Laurance crying I wanted to shout I'm right here! But I couldn't move anything. He drank a liquid from a bottle which was placed inside my hand. He smiled as he fell onto the floor. I felt my strength going back into me. I sat up and Laurance's head was resting on my lap. Tears dropped down my face as I felt his face. It was icy cold like the night itself. I kissed him even though he could never wake again. I took the sword Laurance had on his waist. I took a last finale glance at the daylilies. "Thankyou" I said, and plunged the sword into my chest. I fell down on the snowy white floor and watched the white floor turn crimson. Snow started to cover our bodies. The light in my eyes faded as I saw the world plunged into darkness.
