It's already Monday and Hope woke up earlier than her usual time. She's excited to go to school today without knowing any possible reason why. Her mom dropped her to school at 6:30 am. While walking towards the gate, she already saw Sofiya and Crystal waiting for her.
Crystal: You're early today. That's new.
Hope: Don't ruin the mood, Crystal.
Sofiya: Someone's in a great mood today.
Hope just smiled at her friends and walked to their first class. As she walks in their room, she saw Jay chatting with his friend, Will, the guy who likes Rainie.
Hope: Good morning, guys! What's new huh?
When Will heard Hope, he turned around and looked at her.
Will: Hey, Hope. Can I talk to you for a while?
She felt excitement inside her that she can't hide her smile.
Hope: Sure thing.
Hope and Will went out of their room and talked at the busy hallway.
Will: So, I was hoping if you can help me in courting Rainie... [confused face]
Her smile suddenly fades away. She felt like there are needles poking her heart and slowly breaking it into small pieces. It felt like her whole world stopped swirling right at this moment.
Hope: Uhm.. Okay. Will, I need to go first. I'll just get my books from my locker.
As she walked away from Will, she tried to hold back her tears and walked towards the locker. She just stared at her books for a short time like she is not her in her proper senses. But suddenly tears roll down on her cheeks. She can't hold it back anymore.

While Hope fixing her books, Will approach her.
Will: Hope, are you okay?
Hope wants to say she is not okay, that she is hurt right now. But she chose to smile like nothing happened.
Hope: Yea. Do you want to give something to Rainie? I might go to her house.
Will: Here.. Can you give this album to her? I heard it's her favorite..
Will handed her the Album.
Hope: Alright.
Hope left and immediately went to Rainie's house. The only person there was Rainie's mom so she just asked her to give the album that Will asked her to give. After that scene, she politely asked Rainie's mom that she'll go ahead and continued walking herself home.
