While walking in the hallway Jay was not in his senses. He can't forget what happened yesterday. Until someone bump against him. Then she realize it was Hope, picking up her books on the floor. But Jay just stare at her instead of helping her.
Hope: Are you just gonna stare at me the whole time instead of helping me here? Wow! What a gentleman!
So Jay helped her. But Hope notice that Jay was strange today.
Hope: Are you okay?
Jay: Of course I am.
And they head together to their classroom.
*Lunch Time*
INT. SCHOOL CAFETERIA
While Hope and Jay are having their lunch at the cafeteria, Will passed at their table but Hope notice that Will has a slight bruise on his right cheek.
Hope: Why Will has a bruise on his right cheek?
Hope asked but Jay just shrug though he is the reason why Will had a bruise. But he don't want to tell her that.
Hope: Did you guys fought? Liars go to heaven!
Jay: Can you please stop asking me about Will!? Why don't you ask him instead of me!?
Hope suddenly stopped. She is surprise because of tone of his voice. Jay is not like this.
Hope: Why are you like this? Chill, Jay!
Jay get up and leave out the cafeteria leaving Hope behind but she followed him.
Hope: Jay! What is your problem!?
She shouted to Jay, but he consistently walking like he heard nothing. Although Jay was walking faster, Hope still follows him. Then Jay suddenly stopped.
Hope: Thank God you stopped. My feet already hurts.
Jay didn't turned around to Hope.
Hope: If you have a problem, you can tell me. Remember we've been friends since forever?
Jay: *heavily sigh* Why don't you just leave in my life?
Hope: What?
Jay: I don't you to be my friend anymore.
And there was silence between them. After five years of their friendship, Hope can't believe Jay say those words.
Hope: Stop joking around, Jay!
Jay: Do I look like joking, Hope?
Jay faced Hope. They looked at each other's eyes. But Hope can't say a word. She don't know what to say. She can't afford to lose Jay.
Jay: Now tell me, do I look like I'm joking?
Hope: You're.. You're not joking, but you're lying.
Jay: Why don't you just leave peacefully!?
Hope bit her lower lip to hold her tears. She can't see Jay's face clearly because her visions was becoming blurry.
Hope: Am I a burden to your life? Why? Why do you want me to leave!?
Her voice cracked. Tears started falling down on her cheeks.
Jay: I am already tired being with you. When we are always together, you're always telling me stories about Will. And it makes me really sick. How I wish I was him.
Hope: Is that it? You know I like Will and you're the only one I have, and besides I have no one to told about him.
Jay: You don't have to explain. Just.. get lost.
He started to walk away from Hope. Every step of Jay it's like breaking Hope's heart pieces by pieces. Hope can feel the drop of the rain in her clothes. It's raining.
