Chapter 35

Des's pov:

"Fine," I breath out.

I see my son visibly relax.

"But," I say," she can't leave *here*. They can leave their cells and get rooms but they can't leave. They might go to the police." He nods his head quickly.

"You can go tell Jaycie and I'll tell Henry to let them out and show them their rooms," I say.

He runs out of the room and I lean back in my chair letting out a grunt. I couldn't let him leave. Who will take on the business later. I don't want to have to give it to someone not trustworthy. There are ways he can get out and from years of watching him, he sure as hell can.

Henry walks into the room and slowly closes the door behind him.

"What was that about?" He asks.

"Let Jaycie's family and her friend out and lead them to one of the rooms," I say.

"What?" He says confused.

"Harry said that he would stay and be cooperative if we let them out and we made an agreement that they could leave the cell but not here."

"But that wasn't the plan."

"I know it wasn't but I don't think we'll have to worry about his little girlfriend and family for much longer," I smirk.

Henry's face turns into an evil smile,"What do you suppose?"

"I think I have a way to take care of his little girlfriend and his family. We could use her father here. As for her mother and friend. You can use them."

"What about the girl."

"Hmm. Will you send Jake in? I think I know what he can do for us,"

Jaycie's pov:

I wake up in Harrys arms and I bury my face into his chest. He must be awake because I start to feel his hands rub circles on my back.

"Are you okay, love?" Harry asks me. I don't think he went to sleep.

"Yeah. Did you sleep?"

"No."

"Why not,"

"I just wanted to make sure you slept well first," he says. I can feel the concern in his voice. I know what he means. He didn't want anybody to come here and take me away from him while he was asleep.

"Harry, I know you haven't slept. Go to sleep," I say.

"It's fine. I'm not tired."

I sigh and pull away to look at his face.

"I know you haven't slept in days. It's fine."

He gives me a look that I can't read.

"Please," I say.

"Okay," he sighs,"but don't leave me."

"I won't."

He moves his arms and puts one under my side, pulling me on top of his chest and wrapping both arms around me. I lay my arm against his chest ad listen to his heart beat.

"Go to sleep," I say.

I feel him nod and a few minutes later he is fast asleep. I try to fall back asleep to but I can't seem to. His hot breath hits the top of my head and I start to trace the patterns of his tattoos. The birds are my favorite one.

A few minutes later I gently unwrap Harry's arms from around me, careful not to wake him up. Once I'm out of bed I look over to him and his eyebrows knit together and a few thin lines become visible on his forehead but he doesn't wake up. One arm reaches out and grabs a pillow pulling it closer to himself. I go grab the water bottle Harry brought up and gulp down the rest. It's not enough so I step out into the hall to look and see if there is a water fountain or something.
