What's today...? Damn, its only Wednesday. School again, I sat up getting ready for classes. I quickly got out of bed and took a hot shower.

I hopped out, getting dressed, and went to go get breakfast. "Hey mom, how's work been?" I asked, seeing her at her office desk. Even as she was tired, my mother was still stunning.

She frowned, "Eh, could be better... not to bad though." She said returning to the screen on her computer. I grabbed some coffee out the pot, grabbed my bags and left.

The bus was peaceful enough, I could put in my headphones and ignore the world for a while, but the school hallways were always chaos. None of the teachers really tried to calm the kids down so the kids never did. Entering the school, I did notice a girl... she had soft blonde waves and and fierce orange eyes. I wanted to go say hi, but some other group of kids went up to her first.

I frowned and marched my way into my history class, Ms.Zurich's. She was an old lady, grouchy exterior, but was often very caring in ones time of need. I grabbed a desk in the back, carefully choosing the last row of seats. I daydreamed most of the class usually anyway.

Except today, when Ms.Zurich mentioned a new student. I looked up and saw the same girl from the hall way. "Hello, I'm Lucille, I hope to have a great year in classes with you!" She exclaimed. She was motioned towards the many empty seats she could choose from, and I watched as she made her way towards the desk adjacent from mine.

"Hey, looks like we'll be seat mates," she announced casually, "you can call me Lucy." She extended her hand out to mine. I took it, shaking her soft hand slightly.

"I'm Yoru, Yoru Ai." The words escaped my lips softly. She smiled, her perfect white teeth shining in joy. The class then went on as normal, besides the fact someone was willing to talk to me.

The next few periods went like this, we surprisingly had a lot of classes together, and even at lunch she stopped me in the hall for a few minutes, happily offering to eat lunch with me. I had refused though, going to the park again. I saw a tall figure sitting on the swings as I approached, and the smile formed on my face before I could even realize the muscles were doing so.

"Hey!" I waved my hand up to get his attention. He quickly noticed, getting up and rushing over to me. "Woah there, where's the fire?" I giggled as we embraced slightly. He laughed as he let go of me.

For the rest of the lunch period, I chatted with Nate, putting me in a good mood for my next class. While walking, I noticed Lucy hanging with the same group of kids from this morning. They were laughing about something, but when I passed by, they all stopped. I was used to this kind of behaviour, the kids did this to me constantly growing up. But the fact that Lucy was doing it... I'm not sure I'm used to that.

I made my way to my last class of the day... English. I hated this subject, and the teacher, Mr.Doushe, was just as disagreeable. The students all called him Mr.Douche to compliment his personality though.

Nothing entertaining ever happened in that class, and the period went on uneventfully. Class ended and I made my way home, I spotted Nate, but Lucy was walking home with me to make up for lost time at lunch.
