Cat Noir x Deceiving! Reader
Drabble
Third Person View
"Isn't it weird how Adrien would vanish and Cat Noir appearing?" Aly asked, pushing her glasses up as she compared the photo of Cat Noir, to Adrien. Adrien, worrying of the outcome tried to spurt out lies. A certain (h/c) girl giggled as she saw through every excuse he gave. Marinette turned her head to (Y/n), who started questioning to herself out loud to herself slightly of the situation.
Something is wrong with the ever-so-'honest'-girl. Her words fooled everyone. Maybe Marinette was the first to see through her. No one else seems to oppose her 'facts.' At Paris, ever since the Stone Heart incident, a new villain rose.
She wasn't akumatized, she wasn't weak, she wasn't honest. That villain was bittersweet. Bitter to the core while sweet outside that makes others fools. What's the villain's name?
The Deceiver. A plain, simple and easy name to pronounce. How is her rain of terror, terrifying?
She could shape-shift to a certain person, maybe she should just be a shape-shifter? It make more sense. Lying is a talent, lying is a sin, it's the biggest form of pain everyone experienced."Ah-!I-uh-Maybe Cat Noir is stalking me and only appears as I disappear!" He lied, what a simple lie that fooled everyone around him. Maybe not Aly of course. That girl is eyeing the blond as Marinette and the group listened in.
"Adrien are you hiding the fact maybe you are-" "Cat Noir has the tendency to not appear because the fame Adrien has, he is most likely not popular enough to compete with Adrien in the same room." (Y/n) smoothly says, cutting the brown-haired girl's sentence off. Adrien looked at the girl franticly, stuttering at her words. He does not know whether to be offended or relived at being saved barely.
"Oh," Aly stretched out her oh's, "I see, and I thought maybe Adrien was Chat Noir." She giggled. Turning away from the topic and continuing with Ladybug's blogs Aly posted. The (h/c)-color hair slightly focused on the Ladybug photo from Aly's blog, looking lost into space. Adrien always wondered what was on her mind, no one ever seem to question her though. Maybe she hides a secret?
Adrien watched as her eyes trailed over to the broken couple across the room. Interest sparkling in her eyes as she watches intensely. The couple trash-talked to each other as they thrashed around, their arms making motions every few seconds. The female of the couple walked away with a disgusted face, the boy looking away in pain. He looked pitiful, so down in the dumps, a rock of anger crashed to him; blinding the reality of love and happiness from him.
That girl must have lied.
(Y/n) tapped her phone furiously before clicking what is assumed a send button. From a far, a small purple butterfly was seen. The heartbroken boy stomped his way out of the cafeteria, making his way outside. (Y/n) smirked slightly before returning to her plain expression.
"Sorry, I have some errand to run, see you guys later."
