V;Flower Shop DRABBLE

"Welcome!" A cheerful (h/c) woman greeted, her hands holding a couple of flowers in her right hand. V walked in her flower shop with his cane by his side. He started smiling at the sight of the girl.

"Hey (Y/n). How is your shop going?" He asked, looking around. The walls were a light turquoise, some hanging baskets hanging down neatly with the freshest flowers. Some hexagon shaped shelves mounted on the walls, some holding photos of the RFA.

"Its going great Jihyun." (Y/n) replied. She carefully wrapped the flowers before walking over to hug V.

"How was your trip to Vancouver? Did you take any great photos that you brought with you?"

V chuckle slightly before taking out some photos from his pocket, showing it to her. Her eyes sparked at the sight of the beautiful night sky.

V's eyes slightly dulled. He visited Vancouver two years ago, these were just old photos he kept. V hasn't gone to a trip for a while, he left in order to investigate Mint Eye. He didn't want to tell (Y/n) because of Rika. This was the reason why he lied and said he'll be heading to Vancouver.

V was a childhood friend of (Y/n). They met when his family decided to visit the (L/n)'s flower shop. He was given a Delphinium Grandiflorum; "Summer Blue." as a sign of their friendship. (Y/n) always seem to adore these beautiful blue flowers, she had every single type. She had a Summer Morning planted next to every Summer Blue flower she had.

"Its a sign of our friendship Jihyun." She reminded, though the meaning was much deeper then that. It wasn't just friends.

(Y/n) went through the pile of photos smiling while V stared at her. He felt pity for her. The RFA and her doesn't know the truth of what is going on.

"Jihyun, when do you think we should go on a adventure! You can take photos while I study more about flowers!" (Y/n) suggested, holding his hand tightly with puppy eyes. V only hummed in response, thinking for a while.

"We could in the future, after the RFA party." He responded, taking his cane and walking towards one of the stands. His eyes trailed down towards one of the Summer Blues that was growing.

"Jihyun, do you ever thought about getting surgery for your eyes?" V's eyes widened and he turned away from her eyes.

"No. I haven't. But (Y/n) please don't worry about me." (Y/n) puffed her cheeks in disappointment.

"Jihyun is something wrong? Hey, you can tell me because we're best friends..." Her heart ached at the thought of staying merely as "friends."

"No, I'm fine." V merely smiled and headed off to the entrance. (Y/n) held out a Summer Blue before he left, presumedly off to the Mint Eye headquarters. (Y/n) looked at his fading image as she frowned.

"I love you Jihyun."
