Lashing Out; Alain x Scarred!Reader
Prologue
Lysandre stared at the girl as he towered over her, holding a Gardevoir's hand tightly as they stood outside the laboratory. After failing a simple mission, Lysandre had no choice but to kick the trainer out of Lysandre Laboratories.
Gardevoir stared at her trainer in sympathy, holding her hand as the man stared at them. Even if the Gardevoir had a different color compared to the others, it wasn't as strong as what Lysandre intended it to be.
"Leave now and never come back. Give your mega stone and the key stone back immediately."
The fiery haired male ordered, a pair of footsteps behind the girl. The two turning around to face the person. He was Alain and his Charizard following close behind him. Surely (Y/n) was expecting Alain to show a slight amount of care towards her, only to see his face emotionless.
"Alain, as we spoke before our lab has no room for the weak. Do you believe this trainer should even stay?" Lysandre questioned, keeping a serious face as he observed Alain's reaction. Alain only stared at (Y/n) in silence before answering.
"If she continues to fail, then we have no choice."
(Y/n)'s eyes widened at his response, a tear dropping towards the ground.
'I thought he'd protect me.'
"Alain.."
Gardevoir stared sternly before using Moonblast at the ground. Which caused a explosion to happen, shielding her and her trainer. She soon quickly slipped off the keystone that was secured on (Y/n)'s finger before taking off her bracelet holding the mega stone. Throwing both the key stone and mega stone towards Lysandre, Gardevoir swiftly carried (Y/n) Bridal style before running off towards the nearby woods.
"G-Gardevoir!" (Y/n) stuttered, her voice trailing far away into the woods.
Alain ordered Charizard to blow away the dust flowing around them. Seeing that (Y/n) fled he stared at the forest before turning to Lysandre. The two stones rest on the floor beneath the man.
