Panic attack

shorten breaths
Teary eyes
heart racing
guess it's time
it's another panic attack
I don't know what to do anymore
Being alive feels like a house chore
The walls are closing in
can't breath
Not enough oxygen
Breath in
Breath out
I want to shout
Clawing at my throat
pretend everything is okay
my favorite quote
I think I'll make a mental note
nothing can fix me
I put on my fake smile
And my therapist sees straight through it
As she pulls out my file
How have you been she asked
I feel worst I think
I lie and say perfectly fine
she doesn't know what I'm going through
She's just here to get paid
Wanting me to open up
Trying by pulling all my strings
But she doesn't know some things
Like I've been up all night crying
Are you staying out of trouble ?
of course doc I have no friends
There's not much for me to see
I can't really be free
My mother dosent trust me
I can see why
i try to get high to numb away the pain
But soon the high fades away to
Everything disappears for a little while
And that's all that matters
I know by now I am who I am
You can't fix me
I'm broken
you can't heal me
I'm not a piece of wood you clue together
I'm as light as a feather soaring
Sooner or later I'll fall
There will be no one there to catch me
That's okay because fate has other plans
I'm not scared of death
We all die one day
mine will just be sooner
Maybe even cooler 

Hey guys I'm soooooo sorry I haven't update and thanks so much for the hundred reads so far if your enjoying I would appreciate it if you could comment it would mean a lot I've been busy with school work and haven't been able to figure out what to write about.
