I realized kids forget things
Like when our parent have to pull strings
Just to buy those shoes you wanted
They bought them in the color red
But you got into argument
Where you said some things
you shouldn't have said

What you didn't realize
Your mother tries

But instead you told her I wish somebody would have caught a case
You wished upon death
So that evening you mother sat in her room
With shallow breath
Tears dripping down her face
She felt like a disgrace

But all you did was act snappy

On what?

It was like channel 12 news
She was so excited
