(this a/n is longer than luke's legs so I'll just underline the important stuff if you don't wanna read it all)
[a/n HEY FAM LONG TIME NO SEE. I don't even know if people are still reading this, I don't blame them if they're not. I literally haven't updated this in almost a year. Not even joking, it actually has been about that long. I guess I owe you a short explanation. So I kind of ran out of ideas for this story and didn't know what to do with it. I was actually gonna give it to my friend so that she could continue but then I changed my mind. I finally got some inspiration and ideas for this so here I am! Oh and this story was originally gonna be 30 chapters but I decided I'm gonna end it on chapter 15 instead, mainly because I have other ideas and I want to move on. ALSO I've been editing this so if you want, you can start reading again from the start although it probably isn't necessary. I mainly changed some things that I didn't like and fixed the grammar and stuff. BUT I strongly suggest you re read the chapter before this so that you know what's going on. Or you can just read the end, it doesn't matter as long as you know what's going on! ANYWAY. Carry on reading!]
Ashton was still bothered by the fact that Calum came over yesterday and basically stole Kyle from him. He knew it was essentially his fault since he was the one who said Calum could come over in the first place, but he didn't expect him and Kyle to leave him sitting on the porch while they played soccer. Not to mention, they kicked it at him a few times by 'accident' and it ended up hitting him in the head. The first time it hit him, he simply just shrugged it off, however when it hit him another three times he became pissed and so he stormed off and went inside.
He didn't think he was over reacting. He got hit in the head with a stupid soccer ball four times and he didn't think it was an accident. He was convinced that they were trying to piss him off and guess what? It certainly worked. The next day, Ashton was acting like a girl on her period. He was in an extremely bad mood and that meant he was out for blood. And not just anyone's. Luke's. He knew that he was probably taking it a bit too far, but he wanted revenge. Luke hurt him, so he had to pay.
Ashton's alarm went off and although he was already awake, he still grabbed it from his bedside table and threw it at the door, making a loud bang. A few seconds later, Anne opened his door without knocking, concern on her face. But as soon as she saw Ashton's angry expression, she backed away.
"Not even gonna ask," She said, closing his bedroom door.
"Yeah, I wouldn't either." Ashton huffed, carefully getting out of his bed because he'd usually get tangled in the sheets and fall. He walked over to his closet, pulling out an all black outfit which consisted of his usual black skinny jeans and a sweater that said 'Normal People Scare Me' written on it. He also put on his black converse and since his hair looked really nice and curly today, he just brushed it and left it.
Deciding not to have breakfast since he didn't have an appetite anyway, he quickly went and brushed his teeth and did his business, washing his hands and went back to his room to grab his bag and phone. He checked the time to see that it was 8:30 on the dot. A few seconds later, he received a text from Kyle saying that he was waiting for him downstairs. Ashton made his way down the stairs and saw Kyle talking to Anne in the kitchen. The curly-haired boy grabbed his arm and pulled him towards the door without saying a word.
"Whoa, what's wrong?" Kyle asked, clearly confused about Ashton's behaviour.
"Can you just hurry up?" Ashton snapped, making Kyle frown. The two got in the car and Kyle immediately drove off. Ashton leant his head against the window as they rounded a corner where the primary school was, his eyes widened when seeing Luke standing at the pedestrian crossing with his brothers. Kyle slowed down, getting ready to stop.
