*Meanwhile in Beika Central Hospital (lunch time)*

Sonoko began to open her eyes.

"Sonoko-neesan! she's awake!" Conan said as he walk towards Sonoko's bed.

Sonoko sat at her bed. She scanned the whole room unaware of the situation.

"Sonoko-chan! Im glad you're awake!" Her mother came up to hug her.

Why? Why am I inside a Hospita-- Sonoko asked herself before she realized her situation.

"AHHH!! RAN?! Where's Ran?! A-and t-the GIRL AND G-GUN!!" She said loudly. Her chest pounded while remembering that moment.

"I'll go get the others and the doctor" Her mother ran out of the room.

"Conan-kun, where's Ran?" Sonoko asked calmly.

"I don't know" Conan said looking down "What happened?"

Before Sonoko had opened her mouth the doctor, Jirokichi, Kogoro, and Haibara came in. And then then doctor began to examine her.

Haibara stood beside Conan and gave Conan an orange juice.

After the doctor finished examining Sonoko, The doctor began to talk,"She must have inhaled a lot of drugs at that time. But, thankfully, She can be release by tomorrow morning" the doctor said. "Sonoko-chan just let your mind relax. And everything would be fine"

Sonoko nodded as her response.

"Excuse me" the doctor said.

"Arigatou gozaimasu" her mother thanked.

After the doctor walked out of the room, There was a short silence before Kogoro spoke, "Sonoko-san, what happened to you and Ran?"

Sonoko began to tell every bit of the story.
*Flashback*

"Sonoko!" Ran called out

"Why?" Sonoko answered.

"We'll wait for you outside okay?"

"Haiiii" Sonoko replied.

Sonoko went out of her cubicle. And out of nowhere. A girl greeted her.

"Konichiwa oneechan!" The girl said. "Watashiwa Shinho!"

Who's this brat? Oh, maybe she's Kiyako's sister? Be nice, Sonoko! Sonoko told herself.

"Uhm.. Watashiwa Sonoko." Sonoko replied "You're Kiyako-san's sister right?"

"Hai. The one and only! And I'm his partner in crime too" she said with a innocent and childish voice.

Wow. I think this kid is funnier than 'that' 4 eyed kid and kinder too.

Sonoko laughed a little.

"Seriously," Shinho spoke with matured voice. Sonoko felt a little bit uncomfortable. Her posture changed and her voice became deeper. No, not deeper. More like a grown up.
