How it Could Have Been (Part 7)

    "Arlert, how did you manage to get Annie?" Levi asks Armin as he leads him into the kitchen. "Annie? Oh you mean in the museum!" Armin says realizes what Levi was asking. "Yes, How did you get her?" Levi asks intensely. "It was quite simple, when we finally had beaten the Titans, you remember we had a party." He begins and Levi remembers the day as if it was yesterday. Armin continues "Well, while we were there I found Hange and told her I wanted to make a museum and I thought Annie could be an exhibit, she was a little hesitant but I agreed to let her work there s a manager an-" "Wait! Hange has a job?!?!?!" Levi interrupts "Yes, now where was I right, so Hange made me fill out a bunch of paperwork and agree to a bunch of terms but ya, in the end I got Annie." Armin finishes and smiles. "I can't believe Hange has a job." Levi says confused "What does she do?" He asks Armin forcefully "Well, she arranges the exhibits, and books field trips and stuff." He says "And what do you do?" Levi asks "I own the place so everything Hange wants to do has to go through me first, and I make sure everything is in check and I retrieve artifacts." Armin says still smiling.
Eren and Mikasa return and Eren suggests we go to Sasha's, they all agree and head out. Lei continues to question Armin about the museum the entire way to the restaurant and all through dinner. Eren and Mikasa argue about what food to get and Mikasa keeps saying, "I get what Eren gets." Eren always replied the same way, "Don't be stupid Mikasa, get what you want." Eventually Sasha came to there table and was so happy to see them.
"Hey, make something special for Mikasa, but don't tell her what it is and make sure it's not the same as mine." Eren says to her "Okay then!" Sasha giggles and turns to Armin and Levi "Hi Armin, Hi Levi what can I get for you guys?" She says still filled with joy. "Hi Sasha! I'll have the tossed Salad." Armin says enthusiastically "I'll have whatever is the least messy meal." Levi says looking down "You sure you don't want the Ravioli, Levi?" Eren teases which resulted in a kick in the shins under the table. Mikasa gives a slight smile but tops when Eren looks at her and she just kicks Levi back, he doesn't mind and just looks at his hands in his lap. Sasha comes back 10 minutes later with a heaping pile of food for everyone and she smiles at everyone and heads back to the kitchen, Mikasa puts her head down when the door opens and in walks Jean, he spots them immediately and walks over to their table and pulls up a seat next to Mikasa, she rolls her eyes and Eren stands up "WE ALL KNOW YOU LIKE MIKASA BUT SHES MINE SO GO BACK TO THE STABLES YOU CAME FROM!" Eren yells at Jean causing everyone to stop and stare. "Oh please Eren, no need to cause a commotion, lets handle this like men, Rock, paper, scissor you for her." He says standing up "That's ridiculous." Eren says still standing, "Should have known you would give up." Jean says tauntingly "Let's go!" Mikasa says standing up to face Jean. "Uh, ok." He says the whispers to her "I'm going to do scissors and I know you want me so do paper." Mikasa nods then the game starts. "Rock! Paper! Scissors! Shoot! What Mikasa I told you to do paper why did you do rock?" Jean says mystified, Mikasa rolls her eyes and sits down Jean walks away and sits at a different table. "Did he really tell you what he was going to do?" Levi asks lifting his head, Mikasa nods. "Idiot." Levi mumbles under his breathe.
