Chapter 3

I honestly didn't really wake up in the best mood today. The morning was humid and rainy, which I didn't enjoy. We were currently in Chemistry class. Being last period, I was quite excited to finally get to go home after. Also, Zack is in this class with us. I couldn't help but notice he was staring constantly. I do consider that weird, but after i got to talk to him yesterday, i learned that he is so nice. I know, surprising right? But when we ran into each other for the third time, we actually got to talk and meet.

''Well class, we're going to be doing a project in partners'' Mrs.Santiago stated. ''And i will assign them''

'Oh no, please no' I thought to myself, as the teacher proceeded to assign the partners.

''Leena with Austin''

Really? Now if Leena already has a partner at least let me work with Zack.

''Zack and Jake''

Damn It.

''Logan and Alex'' My eyes widened to the sound of his name. I turned my head to look for him and see that was is smirking at me.

Seriously, out of everyone i had to go with Logan. We even have to meet outside of school, which in not looking forward to! I should've gotten Zack, he lives right next to me. Besides he's actually really nice, unlike this... jerk. Now, Logan is a complete player. He dates a girl , does his business with her and leaves them. What kind of "gentleman" is that? It's foul that he uses girls like that , it really is.

''Now, with the time have left make sure to get together with your partner and discuss the schedule and project'' Mrs. Santiago announced. 

I stayed where i was while everyone fussed around getting together with their project buddy, i was not planning to go to this guy.I f he wants to come to me then he can move himself.

''Hey partner'' His voice startled me, causing me to freeze. I just sat there with nothing to say. ''So... what's the plan?'' Logan spoke, I looked at him.

I gotta say, he's handsome.. and his eyes are so light and--. Stop! No, i cannot go there.

''Well?'' He insisted.

I glanced at him again ''We have to schedule the meetings. '' I finally said.

''Ah, yes'' He nodded '' My house or yours?''

Seriously? I hope this guy doesn't get the wrong idea, I'm no girl to sleep around with.

''My house is fine'' I offered

''Your house it is''

That damn smirk! I feel like he is trying to seduce me in a way, thinking about something else...you know. Logan better calm himself down if he's working with me.

The bell finally rings. I bolted out of there headed to my locker, trying to process what just happened. I have no idea why i dislike him so much. Probably because he uses girls for pleasure and humiliates them. Ugh, disgusting.

''Hey, uh.. Alex?'' Logan's voice called.

I turned around and wait to see what he wants.

''I need your number.. to keep in touch''

Now my number? Great, who knows what he'll do. But i went ahead and gave it to him.

''A'ight, i'll text you'' He winked and left.

God that was ridiculous. I needed to calm down so, ofcourse i decide to walk home.

''Hey Alex, wait up'' I heard a Zack's voice shout.
