We sat lying in bed all day. Watching corny rom-coms and sharing the occasional kiss. The best part of it all was holding her in my arms. Feeling her heart beat against mine. Carter was finally mine.
"I love you." I said pushing the hair out of her eyes.
"I love you too." She smiled.
She has to be the one.
