Part 5: The New Look

Miku's POV

I checked the fridge and there was no food left. Does my life matters? Me and Kaito are over but why do I still exist

I went to the nearest grocery store and bought some food after paying, the rain starts to fall

"Great, now what" I whispered to myself

I looked at the right and remembered Kaito giving me a shade in his umbrella. My tears are about to fall but I blink it up.

So... I have no choice but to run in the the rain, I ran in the rain and I noticed the people were gone, no cars or other vehicles ,that's weird ,I thought

While running I felt dizzy and then everything turned black and I can't get up

Is this how my life ends? I hope so cause I don't matter anymore...

Len's POV

So here I am in the grocery store buying items for my sister. If you want to know... Well this is how it goes

•Flashback•

Rin started changing my hairstyle and stuff but some are total epic fails.

"Now that's a good hair! " Rin said

"Wow Rin...I like it" I said while looking at the mirror

"Now...can you buy the groceries" Rin gave me a puppy eyes but I couldn't say no.

"Okay Rin since you helped me with my problem" I walk sluggishly

•End of Flashback•

I opened the umbrella and started walking home. While walking home I saw someone lying in the ground I walk around and saw Miku

I started waking her but she didn't so all I have to do is carry her, I'm almost home anyway

Finally I arrived home and opened the door and putted Miku on Rin's bed. I went to Rin and told her about Miku

We started finding thermometer and I found it

I used the thermometer and her temperature was high. I sighed and Rin said "How is it Len? " Rin said worriedly

"Not good her temperature is high"

"Should we call the doctor? " Rin said

"No nee-" I stopped my sentence and saw Miku waking up

"Miku are you okay? " We both said in a worried tone

"I... I'm fine just... Ah... My head!"

"Wait right there I'm just gonna get you some soup" Rin walked away from the room to the kitchen

"So.... Hatsune-san what happened"

"Oh it's just Kaito and a lot of stuffs. I must Urgh... Stand" She tried to stand but I stopped her

"No Miku you mustn't" Miku looked at me and said

"L... Len is that you"

"Yup it's me"

"Nice hair you don't look like a wimp anymore" She giggled but suddenly coughed

I laughed awkwardly and said "Thanks"

"I... I thought my life was gonna end there but... No" She looked at the horizon and smiled

"Hatsune-san...." I whispered

"You know Len...I don't hate you anymore" Do you mean she doesn't hate me anymore?!

"Hey did you receive my dumb letter" She added

"Y... Yes I did and your welcome" I smiled at her

"Hello everyone the soup is ready" Rin shouted

And Miku drink some soup and she quickly went to sleep. Rin looked at her phone and said "Oh my friend is calling...gotta fly" She waved and rushed her way to the door. After many hours Rin hasn't been home so I lay into my bed and went to sleep. (Rin's bed and mine are totally in the same room but separated)

While I was sleeping I heard a noise like "please stop" or "no" or "Get away" so I wake up saw Miku saying those words she was swaying her head, she has a nightmare.

I took a peek on the door to see if Rin has arrived and she was just having a slumber party with Gumi and Teto in the living room.

I sat in Rin's bed and Miku rose shocked and hugged me tightly 😓😶

"M... Miku?" I was shocked of her actions and....and I was trembling

"Len-Kun please.... Don't go I'm scared" I replied and said "I'm just going to get you some... "

"No... Don't leave me alone Idiot! never" She cried and started banging my lap

"O... OK I'll be just for you for a while" And when I look at her, she was fast asleep with a smile... She looked like an angel, I smiled then without noticing I fell asleep

Rin's POV

My... My I was just having a slumber party with my peeps and the nachos were all gone. I went to the room to ask Len but I couldn't believe what I saw

I saw Miku hugging Len and they are both asleep I was going to wake 'em up but it was too adorable. I called Gumi and Teto to take a look and they both squealed 😝😝 and I took a picture of it

This will be more interesting...
