Part 4: Being a Hater

Miku's POV

After many months I started on being dense to Len but the weird thing is he always smile back at me,  doing good things and stuff.

One day,  I was at the window of our classroom looking at the students arriving. It was a quite nice view up there.

Then Len arrived from the gate, he noticed me looking at him and he waves at me with a smile.  I was like... Shock. Maybe this guy isn't that bad after all but... Still,  I hate him

"Hey Miku! " I jumped off shocked when I heard a squeaky voice

Breathing heavily, I scolded Rin "Rin you scared me"

"Sorry Miku-chan, I just noticed... Do you like Nii-chan? " She said with suspicion in her blue eyes twinkling  and I quickly looked away blushing and went back

"W... What!?  No, You know I hate him that much, why would I have feelings  for him, BTW I already have a boyfriend " I said bluntly

"Maybe...I'll ask Nii-chan instead" Rin left with a big grin in his face and I let out a big sigh "This girl has serious problems... "

But there are things fluttering in my mind,  What does Kaito do in office anyway, there are no events this week why would he be so busy....But maybe,  Just maybe... Is he cheating on me? What if he does?

"Hatsune-san...." I heard a voice calling me

"Hatsune-san?" It's getting louder

"Hatsune-san?" I snapped out of my thoughts and it was Len holding something in his hand,  it probably looks like a gift.

"L... Len!? Oh... What is it know? " I said

"I know you hate me but... Please accept this! It's late but...anyway I hope you like it" Len blushed slightly and left me.

I wrapped off the gift and it was a... I could not believe  my eyes!! He really didn't broke his promise.  He gave me a brand new phone and it was more automatic and bigger than my last one and it looks expensive. That's right! this guy is innocent after all.

I felt guilty on hating him so because of his gift I owe him a thank you.  I thought of making it as a card cause it's so awkward on telling him after all I have done.

I pulled out a paper envelope, paper and stickers and started writing on it

"Hi Len... Thanks  for the brand new phone, I thought you already forgotten about it but no,  Thanks for everything....but I still hate you a little.  Toodles 😸

That was the dumbest letter I ever wrote. I chuckled after I wrote it and started designing. Then I noticed it was lunch time, where was the teacher the whole time? Oh well my luck. I placed the letter under his table and skipped away. Gladly today is half day. As I knew my 3rd year highschool life is coming

Then I stopped on skipping and my face was worried so I texted Kaito on my brand new phone

Hey where are you?

And then gladly he texted me back

Kaito

I'm just in my office doing some stuff, and if you're gonna come,  no need

Hmm....this guy I must check on him. What if he's lying

So I sprinted my way off to the student council office. I opened the door but no sign of him so I asked Lily ,the student council secretary

"Lily have you seen Kaito?" I asked with a worried voice

"Kaito... I heard that he is in Bluebell park" Lily answered and went back to work

I ran my way to Bluebell park,  Luckily it's just some blocks away from school

I kept on swinging my head to find Kaito but no sign of him. Then I saw a small cafe near the park and Kaito was in there

I entered the cafe and I Saw Kaito... With another girl. My heart was bleeding and it hurts so much and tears started to form.

"I shouldn't have trusted" I said while my tears are flowing

"M... Miku?!" Kaito noticed me and I started crying

"So that's where you keep spending your summer and your office time" My voice was trembling because of what I saw

"Miku I can explain!" Kaito said

"No need to explain I already saw it you Idiot!! Am I not good enough? Well...I hope you are happy! Now that I'm gone! " I banged the door and I ran my way to home and that's where I wasted my tears

Len's POV

I finished talking to Fukase and went to my seat to clear the stuff in there and what is this? I pulled out the paper envelope and it was from Miku

"Hi Len... Thanks  for the brand new phone, I thought you already forgotten about it but no,  Thanks for everything....but I still hate you a little.  Toodles 😸

I smiled and went back home and my annoying bratty sister jumped on me

"So what's that? " I think this girl is up to something

"Just a letter from Miku" I said with proud in my face

"I knew it she likes you" She snapped her finger and I blushed

"It... It's not like that Rin its just a thank you letter okay? " I said bluntly

"I know it bro you like her so what if we change the hair of yours you look like gay and the new highschool year is coming" She smirked and

"Please don't braid my hair again no! " I raised my hands in defense

"It's okay Nii-chan trust me you will be so fab~" She cooed and dragged me and started changing my hairstyle
