It was bliss for weeks. Every Saturday for about four months we would take it in turns planning a date. It was amazing. Jamie always planned the best. Aquarium visits followed by picnics and star gazing... Plus, she snuck a kiss every few minutes. You know the excited feeling you get when you first start dating? That feeling never ended for us. Every day I thought of her.

A few months after we got together, she came to the date I planned looking anxious and panicked. I saw this look on her face and hugged her immediately. "What's wrong baby?" She said nothing. All she did was pull away and hand me a piece of paper. Eviction notice. This is your final warning. Please exit this building within 3 days. 3 days?? No way can she find anywhere to live in three days. I looked up and saw her face, red from crying. I then said the one thing I never wanted to say... "It's fine. You can move in with me!"

I never wanted to say those words. The whole point of moving out of my parents was to be able to be alone by myself.... But around another person? That was a nightmare, especially in my two room flat.

She looked at me, confused. "I c- can't do that. You love your time alone!" I ran forward and kissed her passionately and pulled away after many seconds. "I wasn't alone then and I sure as hell loved that!"
"Ok. I'll move in with you- tomorrow"
"Great. Cool. Awesome. Good."
Just shut up now!!
Instead I kissed her again, but this time, I stroked her back with a single finger, tracing her collarbone. "Now come on, we'll be late for my date." I had chosen the waterpark even though i hated it. Jamie was making me go against every moral code I had for myself!

The next day, sunday, I had a work shift. I told her that she could bring all her stuff in while I was out. She did just that as when I returned from the CD store, her belongings were in piles around the room. She was in the middle of these piles, looking very frustrated with the amount of space available. Even though her face was twisted with annoyance, she was still incredibly cute.  This was a great first start to my new life with a room mate. The only daunting thing was that, in less than 5 hours, I will be sharing a bed with that beauty.
