•••One Month Later•••

Cas threw up for the thousandth time in the past month, he flushed and brushed his teeth, he gulped and stared at himself in the mirror, he sighed and grabbed his bag and slung it over his shoulder and jogged down the stairs, trying to get past Becky, Dean, and Lucifer, but to no avail.

"Where ya goin?" Becky asked, Cas peaked his head through the doorframe.

"Store" he said, she nodded slowly, Cas nodded.

"Anyone need anything?" He asked.

"Nah we're good" Becky said, Dean and Lucifer nodded in agreement, Cas nodded and left with a sigh.

He got in his car and drove to the convenient store, when he got there he went to the back and grabbed two different types, he took them to the front, the woman smiled as if she knew his story just by how he was standing.

"Who's the father?" She asked as she handed them back and Cas paid.

"My uh.. my brother's best friend" Cas mumbled, putting the tests in his messenger bag, she smiled sadly and wrote something on a small sheet of paper.

"You don't have to. But if you need anything, some advice or anything. Give me a call" she said, Cas smiled small and nodded taking the paper and reading it.

Cas folded the paper and put it in his bag.

"Thanks" he said before leaving, she nodded and waited for more customers.

Cas sped home and rushed in and to the bathroom, he closed the door and locked it, he grabbed the boxes and took the first test.

Two pluses meant he was pregnant, Cas gulped and shook his head and took the other one.

Cas covered his mouth as tears started falling, he was pregnant. With Dean's baby! He shook his head and grabbed his phone, he walked out, making sure he hid the tests and made sure he wasn't crying anymore and it didn't look like he was crying and then he went downstairs and to the kitchen where he got Sprite and more crackers, he sat on the couch and ate and drank silently as he listened to Becky, Dean, and Lucifer talk about Chuck.

He was sitting next to Dean and leaned on him a little, needing some sort of comfort, Dean slowly wrapped an arm around him, Cas smiled small and slowly fell asleep on him.

He felt himself be lifted and carried to his room, he opened his eyes and grabbed Dean's hand when he started leaving.

"Don't leave me.. please" he whimpered quietly, Dean nodded and slipped off his shoes and laid down, cuddling him close.

When he woke up he was laying in his bed cuddled up to someone, he blinked and looked up. Dean was there, sleeping, Cas smiled a little, he couldn't tell Dean right? He got out of bed and walked downstairs to the kitchen and made something to eat, talking to Becky as he ate Lucifer came out of the bathroom.

"Uh mom...?" He says, they look up and he's staring at the test, his mouth open, Cas gulps.

"What is this?" He says turning the test to them, Becky's mouth flies open and a look of almost horror washes over her face.

"A p-positive p-pregnancy test" she says standing and grabbing it, Cas sips his drink awkwardly, hoping they don't know its his.

"You're pregnant?!" Lucifer asks loudly, Cas and Becky jump.

"No I'm not pregnant!" Becky says back loudly, Cas shakes a little as he says.

"Guys. Dean's sleeping. Please stop yelling" he gulps, they look at him and tilt their heads a little.

"I-its not mom's Luc..." he adds.

"Than who's is it?" Lucifer asks, crossing his arms, they didn't expect to be Cas' cause as far as they knew he didn't have anyone special.

"Its mine..." Cas said quietly, looking down.

"WHAT?!" Lucifer and Becky yelled, Cas jumped and kept his head down.

"Who's the father?" Lucifer asked, Cas ignored him.

"Castiel" he said sternly, Cas bit his lip.

"Dean...." he said, Lucifer clenched his fists.

"WHAT?! WHAT?! MY BEST FRIEND?!" He yelled, Cas jumped and hugged himself close.

"Please don't tell him" he said quietly.

"WHY WOULDN'T I TELL HIM?! ITS HIS KID CAS!" Lucifer yelled.

"I JUST WANT TO WAIT!"

"FOR WHAT CAS?!"

"Lucifer... Lucifer calm down sweety..." Becky said, laying a hand on his shoulder, Lucifer sighed and sat down.

"How long?" He asked, Cas looked down.

"A month..." he said quietly.

"That night when we all got drunk" he added quietly, Lucifer laid his head in his hands.

"Oh my god" he groaned and shook his head.

"I'm sorry Lucifer" Cas whimpered, Lucifer looked up and sighed hugging his brother.

"Its okay Cas... its okay" he said softly, Cas sniffled hugging him back and nodding a little.

"I'm scared" he whispered.

"Me too" Lucifer whispered, rubbing his back.
