Doctor's Appointments
*As well as birth*
Appointment 1: Cas and Dean walked into the doctor's office, signed in, and soon they went to the back and got an ultrasound, two babies, Cas smiled and looked at Dean, Dean smiled back and pecked his lips.
Appointment 3: Cas and Dean went in for another appointment, the babies were great, a boy and a girl, they were so excited.
Appointment 6: The twins should be coming any day now, they couldn't wait.
Birth: Dean quickly drove to the hospital and carried Cas in and they wheeled him away, Dean signed them in and followed them quickly, holding Cas's hand tightly.
The family came and waited in the waiting area impatiently for Cas to deliver the babies, they were all so excited.
A full 18 hours later the family was allowed to see Cas and the twins, when they walked in a very exhausted Cas was holding a blue little bundle, and a very happy Dean was holding a pink little bundle, they looked up and smiled at their family and whispered for them yo come closer and see the babies.
"Guys... meet Arrow Rhodes Ackles and Zeppelin Brham Ackles." Cas and Dean said as they looked down at the adorable little twins.
