5 Years Later
Cas paced the bathroom as he repeatedly glanced at the pregnancy test on the counter, he glanced at his watch and then jerked up the test and he sucked in a breath when he saw two pink lines, he placed the test down and chewed his lip and glanced at the time again.
3:30pm
Dean would get home in about thirty minutes, the bathroom doorknob jiggled.
"Papa! I gotta potty!" He heard their daughter Arrow whine through the door, Cas hid the test and opened the door for the little girl who ran to the potty, pulled her pants down and got on the potty and used the bathroom like a good girl, Cas smiled and helped her wipe before pulling her pants up, helped her wash her hands before washing his own before the little 5 year old ran off to play with her brother.
Cas smiled and went to the kitchen and began cooking and thirty minutes later Dean walked in and the twins ran from theur room yelling out excitedly.
"Daddy's home! Daddy's home!" And jumped at the police officer to pick them up, Dean chuckled and hung his hat up and picked up his kids, kissing their heads gently, he smelled the air and hummed.
"Ooo! Smells amazing!" He said as he walked into the kitchen and put the twins down, Cas smiled and leaned into Dean as he grabbed his hips and kissed his cheek. "Look at my beautiful husband." He said softly, cas smiled and hummed.
"Hey. Dinners almost ready." He said softly and Dean smiled and hummed.
"Mm good." He said, kissing Cas's neck before going off to play with the twins, Cas smiled and continued cooking, calling out when it was done, his small family rushed down the stairs and sat at the table happily and waited patiently for their food, each of them kissing Cas's cheek when it was placed in front of them.
After dinner Cas and Dean washed their kids, put them to bed and then laid in bed facing each other.
"I'm pregnant." Cas whispered, Dean smiled and hugged Cas tightly.
"Our third kid... this is gonna be awesome." He whispered, Cas smiled and nuzzled Dean before falling asleep.
