Beach Relaxation

(Aquantis' POV)
Today was a nice day out, I decided that Aidan and I should go relax at the beach for a while. I took a quick shower, then afterwards put on a maroon bikini that I had never gotten a chance to wear. I put my hair into a loose bun and walked back into my room and see Aidan laying on my bed. "Hey, what are you doing here?"

"Can't I come to see my, obviously, beautiful fianceé?"

"I mean there's no problem, I was just asking." I walked over to my dresser and placed my ring in a special box before opening the drawer to pull out a pair of shorts and a tank top. I feel a presence behind me and his hands lightly graze across my hips to wrap around me. "You're beautiful, you know that right?" I heard him whisper.

"Yeah, you tell me everyday, Aidan."

"And I'm gonna keep telling you until we're old and have gray hair." He peppered my cheek with light butterfly kisses and I giggled and lightly pushed him away. "Alright, enough with the kisses, I'm feeling smothered."

"I just love you a lot and it just amazes me everyday that we're together and I'm marrying you."

"I know it is surprising." He kissed my temple and stepped back a bit. "Alright, I'll leave you to get ready, I called the others and they're gonna meet us here."

"Ok, I'll only be a few minutes." He nodded and walked out of my bedroom and closing the door behind him. I grabbed a pair of shorts and slipped those on, then I grabbed a loose tank top to wear over my bikini top. Afterwards, I grabbed a beach bag and put two towels inside, then grabbed my wallet, phone and some sunscreen. I walked towards my door and opened it and yelled from upstairs. "Aidan! Do you want me to pack anything for you?"

"Do you still have those snacks from the other day?!"

"Yeah, I'll bring them for you!" I slipped on some sandals and walked downstairs. I walked into the kitchen and found Aidan sitting at the island. I tossed the bag onto the island and opened the fridge. "Hey babe, do you want anything to drink?"

"Uh, just some water is fine, we can also get something at the beach."

"Ok." I packed the two water bottles and grabbed the bag off the counter. "Should we head out now?"

"Yeah, can you text them and tell them to just meet us there?"

"Sure." He handed me his phone and I texted the others back in the group chat he started with them. We both left the house and I made sure to grab my keys on the way out. We got into his car and I set his phone down in the cup holder. I put the bag on the floor and buckled up. "You ready?"

"Yep, I have everything we need unless you need something else..?"

"Nope, I got everything I want here with you."

"You cheese ball."

"You love me."

"Of course I do." He grabbed onto my hand before he started driving to the beach.

We arrived at the beach and Aidan parked his car near the beach entrance, I grabbed our bag and got out of the car. I closed the door behind me and Aidan came to my side and held my hand as we walked down to find a spot to sit at. "I hope one of the girls brought their umbrellas so we could have some shade." I said as we stopped at a good spot. "Yeah, you brought the sunscreen right?"

"Yep, lay out a towel and I'll get your back for you." I handed him the bag, then I took off my tank top and sandals. I heard a few whistles and Aidan quickly pulled me into him. "Someone's jealous." I tease.

"Well, you're mine and they should know."

"Don't worry, Aidan, I'm your fianceé, remember?"

"Yeah.." I kissed his cheek and sat down and pulled him to sit in front of me. He handed me the sunscreen and took off his shirt so I could get his back. "Aquantis! Aidan!" We both turned around and saw Bianca, Mason, Brenda and another guy. The four of them walked towards us and I noticed the girls brought the umbrellas. The boys set up the umbrellas and I took down my hair and took off my shorts to put in the beach bag. Brenda sat beside me on her towel and Bianca set hers in front of mine. "So, Brenda, who's the guy?"

"He's just a guy I'm seeing right now, his name is James."

"Ooooh, since when?" I hear Bianca ask.

"Um.. it's been about a few weeks."

"What? And you didn't tell us?" I faked a gasp and placed my hand on my heart. Bianca laughed and Brenda just shook her head at us and smiled. I felt hands on my shoulders and I turned around. "Hey, you girls wanna join me and the boys in the water?"

"Sure." Aidan stood up and held his hand out for me. Bianca and Mason both walked down together and Brenda walked down with James. I held Aidan's hand as we walked towards the water. I walked in until my shoulders were still a bit above water. Aidan walked around to stand in front of me and I wrapped my arms around his neck. I slowly brought us closer and he kissed me lightly, then he pulled away. He motioned me to get on his back and he walked us further into the water. I slowly got off his back then I splashed some water at him before giggling and swimming away. "Oh, it's on." He smirked and I smiled innocently back at him. I splashed some more water at him before he could get to me, but he ducked and it got Bianca. She gasped and turned to me and I stared at her wide-eyed. "I was trying to get Aidan, I swear."

"Oh, I'm so gonna get you, Aquantis." Then Mason came up behind her and cupped some water in his hands and splashed her. I laughed and I felt Aidan beside me. I looked around and I saw Brenda and James, I motioned everyone to be quiet as I swam behind them. I caused a big splash and hit both of them, I laughed once they turned around and all of us had a splash war.

After a while I got out of the water and went to go lay out on my towel. I laid down while propping myself up with my elbows. Aidan walked out and came to sit beside me. He moved his towel closer to mine and laid down and opened up his arms. I moved over into them and he held me as I moved one of my hands up and brushed through his hair. "It was nice today, wasn't it?" I asked as I took a quick glance at the others swimming and messing around in the water. "Yeah, it was a good idea to come to the beach today." I smiled at him and kissed his cheek. His hand lightly rubbed my back and I honestly couldn't be any happier to have him by my side.
