Love Will Remember

The Day Before

Aquantis' POV
Today was absolutely crazy. My mom was making sure everything was set in stone for tomorrow. The reason I woke up was from the loud noise downstairs and my mom talking on the phone. When I reached the bottom she was pacing in the living room while getting things sorted. I sighed with a smile and walked into the kitchen to start a pot of tea. My phone vibrated in my pocket indicating I was getting a call from someone. I pulled it out and saw Aidan's face pop up. "Hey handsome."

"Hey lovebug, what's up?"

"I just woke up, mom is getting things finalized for tomorrow. It's a mess over here." I said with a giggle.

"Well I can't say I wouldn't do the same thing if I was in her shoes."

"That's true, so what are you up to?"

"Well, I woke up and thought about you. Then I thought I'd take you out for the day because I can't stay with you tonight."

"You're such a big cinnamon roll."

"I try, so what do you say?"

"You don't even have to try you just are super duper sweet, and yes that sounds perfect."

"Alright beautiful, do whatever you need to do and text me when you're done and I'll be over there."

"Ok, see ya later, handsome."

"I love you."

"Love you too." I smiled after he hung up and poured my cup of tea. I took a sip and felt the warmth flood through me. My mom walked in and I greeted her with a smile. "Good morning, babydoll."

"Morning mom, is everything good?"

"Yep, everything is good to go for tomorrow."

"Alright, I'm going out with Aidan soon."

"You know he can't stay over tonight, right?"

"Yeah, he's actually the one who planned this because of that."

"Alright, well, don't be out too late, you've got to get some rest for tomorrow."

"I know, mom." She came and pecked my cheek before leaving the kitchen. After finishing my tea I went upstairs and got dressed for the day.

I quickly put on some clothes I chose for the nice weather we were currently having, and sat on the edge of my bed to put on my socks before getting my shoes on. Footsteps were heard coming up and I figured it's the big baby. My door opens and, low and behold, he peers in and I can't help but let out a laugh. "What's so funny?" I heard him say through my laughs.

"Seriously?" I say.

"Yeah, there's nothing to be laughing about."

"You're just too adorable, you know that?" I say walking to him. His arms open and I find myself cradled in them, my arms link behind his neck, his around my waist. Our eyes meet and all playfulness is set aside as we look at each other. "And you're beautiful, but you should know that since I tell you that everyday." He says before giving my forehead a quick peck. I sigh underneath his touch and lovingly smile at him once I see his charming smile. "I really can't wait until tomorrow, you'll be mine for the rest of my life."

"Hmm, same here. But we should get going soon, so we don't waste time right now."

"A kiss first?" I rolled my eyes and tiptoed to reach his lips. I gave him a quick peck on the lips and pulled back. "Seriously? No." He leaned down and captured my lips with his, which caused me to gasp, and he deepened the kiss. We both pulled away once the need to breathe was apparent. "Was that enough for you, Mr. Parker?"

"For now, I might need more after tomorrow." He smirked. I lightly hit his chest and unraveled myself from his arms. We both walked down stairs and my mom was still in the living room as we got to the bottom of the stairs. "Hey mom, we're heading out now. I should be home by 7:30 or 8." I said to her.

"Alright, my sweeties, have fun alright. You better be home by the time you mentioned, missy."

"Well, I know that, it's whether this big baby knows that." I said jokingly while nudging Aidan's side.

"Hey! Seriously, I know that I have to get you home early."

"Alright, just checking." I smirked at him.

"Oh, you two are still my babies. You better go before it gets too late."

"Ok, bye mom."

"Bye mom." Aidan said after me, which I noticed brought a smile to my mom's face. We left the house, went to his car and got in. He started it and pulled out from the driveway and started leaving the neighborhood. "So, what do you have planned, Mr. Parker?'

"Hmm, you'll have to wait and see."

Throughout the car ride I sat anxiously because I couldn't convince Aidan to tell me where we were going. Most of the scenery was familiar which gave me clues to where we could be going, but I could be wrong. He pulled into the parking lot of the amusement park and found a place to park. "The amusement park?" I finally asked.

"Yeah, I thought, well, we didn't have a good time the last time we went. I just want only our happy memories to be here."

"Aidan.."

"And I never want to see you hurt like that again, I can't." My heart ached hearing his words and a few tears cascaded down my face. I leaned over and gave him a kiss, we pulled apart and he wiped what was left of my tears. "I love you, Aidan."

"I love you too, Aquantis."

short and sweet, and I'm sorry for the very very very late update. I've had no motivation to write this, but I have to finish this for those of you who still read this book.

I'll try to update as much as I can, if I get anymore ideas for future chapters. Also I'm in college now, so my time is all towards my assignments. Plus I have finals coming up soon so I don't think I'll update for a little while. 

Again, I'm sorry for the late update, I'll try to write and post the next chapter during my break.
