Into The Woods

♧ Alex's Point Of View ♧

As per usual i did my normal sunday morning routine. I got up, and cycled down to botanic to get a starbucks. When i got there i was startled by Sam.
"Jeez you came out of no where didn't you!" I said out of surprise.
"Likewise." He said with a smug look
"What are you doing here?"
"Um im getting a coffee?"
"Right..."

The barrista asked me my order, i told her i wanted a caramel creme frappuccino.
"Ok sit in or take away."
I looked at Sam. And smiled.
"Take away please."
I went and stood waiting for my drink.
"No coffee? Your weak." said Sam.
"And your mocho?" I replyed.
"Yeah!"
"Caramel creme frappuccino for Alex!" The barrista shouted.
"Thats me thanks."
I turned to walk away then Sam ran after me.
"Hey wait up!" He shouted as i got on my bike.
"Where are you off to?"
"A secret place."
"Can i come?"
"Oh alright only if you promise not to ruin anything or make fun of it in any way. Get it?"
"Got it!"
"Good, hop on."

I cycled us both with his arms around my waist. I thought it was ironic, usually its the other way around. But i cycled us to my safe place.
"Wow! So this is where you dissapear to every sunday?"
I nodded.
I set my bike up against a tree and looked out at the huge yellow meadow from the edge of the forest.
"Its beautiful." Sam said which actually surprised me.
"Yep." I said while sitting down beside my favourite tree. The trunk on the tree was huge and the tree its self was so tall it looked as if it could touch the sky.
Sam sat down beside me. I casually put my head on his shoulder. We just sat there for a few minutes in silence admiring the beauty of the meadow. I jumped up and grabbed him with me.
I ran with him into the meadow and the smile that was glued on his face was priceless.
I spun around and danced in the meadow with him laughing at me. I didn't care. He then did the same as me and we danced together in the meadow. Nothing will ever take this day away from us. Nothing.
