I sat up in my bed, cradling my legs, eyeing the cracks in the wall.

Ever since I was small, I've always been an insomniac. The night was supposed to bring me sleep, but it never did. I always just stood up in bed, my eyes scanning my tiny room. I only have a bed and a closet. My room is like a mini cell.

I stare around my windowless dark room, straining my eyes to see anything.

My door swung open, slamming into the wall making a little indent.

"Wake up."

"Hah funny."

My father scoffed. "You're mother wouldn't appreciate your sarcasm."

I eyed him with a dark look. "Well she's dead."

He stalked to me with a dark look, and slapped me.

"Ouch." I looked at him with a smile. "That hurt so much."

I like pain. I've never hated it. I don't know why, but it feels so nice...

He growled. "Don't sass me." I looked at him with a glare and flipped my raven hair from my right eye.

"Ok Dad."

I threw on my dark clothes, pulling my beanie onto my head, my dark hair falling to my eyes. I pushed it towards my right eye again.

I sighed quietly as I turned the knob. The door crept open, and I eyed the long walk up the stairs.
I sighed quietly and began to walk them.

To hell I go. I thought.

I dragged my tired body up the stairs.

I walked down the street slowly, my eyes scanning the rocks on the ground. I was walking normally when someone rudely interrupted.

I sighed as a hand grabbed me from behind and pulled me into an alley.

"Hello how may I assist you today?" I asked with a stupid grin.

Why do I say things?

"Cedar, syringe." The bigger obviously male one said. "This one is pissing me off."

He took my arm and bent it back.

Mmmmmm. That's why I say things...

"Mmmmmmm...."

I blinked in surprise.

Did I just make a kidnapping awkward?

"Cedar."

"Sorry sorry..."

I smiled when the needle poked through. "Hee hee."

"Cedar. Why is he laughing."

The last thing I heard was. "He's freaking creepy."

***

Woah.

Sleep.

The blackness enveloped me.

I, like this.

Its tranquil.

Huh...

***

My very good sleep was rudely interrupted (I've been interrupted a lot today.) by the cruel world called not sleep. I was in a barn? Why am I where cows go? I wasn't tied up at all.

Hmmmmmm.

I looked around.

Sigh.

There are other humans here... I didn't recognize any, but that's because I don't care about people. Soooo...

Looking around, I saw a dark haired girl, who seemed eerily quiet, twins, an extremely mad girl who was screaming about getting out, and some others.

Honestly. If they torture me.

I'm going to be so happy.

Please let them do that.

PLEASE.

Breaking from my weird fantasies, a boy who I could tell was the playboy type said, "Hey, are you OK?"
