I wake up the next morning guilty about what I had done.
But if Gee gets through this maybe he won't be angry with me. God I just hope he gets through this.
I get in the shower and get dressed then I go down the stairs to make coffee.
But Gerard is already there.
" Good morning beautiful." Gerard says
He hands me a cup of coffee.
" Thanks Gee." I say
" No problem. Anything for my princess." Gerard says
I blush because he thinks I'm a princess.
"I know you're a princess." Gerard says
" How did you know what I was thinking ?" I ask
" Over the course of you being here I've gotten good at reading what's going on in your head." Gerard says
" You know me too well." I say
" I'm supposed to." Gerard says
We sip our coffee and when we're done we go into the library to read comics.
" I have some questions about Batman." I say
" Ask away I know everything there is to know about batman ." Gerard says
"Alright nerd." I say
He answers my questions with no hesitation . Guess he was right about knowing everything there is to know about batman.
" You sure are smart." I say
" I don't think of it as being smart more like taking the time to learn the facts." Gerard says
" Same with learning lyrics to songs." I say
"Exactly." Gerard says
We continue reading comics and I look up and I see Gerard staring at me.
" What?" I ask
" Nothing it's just you're beautiful." Gerard says
" Thanks." I say while blushing
" Don't mention it. It's true though and don't you ever forget it." Gerard says
" I won't . I promise." I say
" Good." Gerard says
I giggle and look back at my comic. There was nothing really interesting going on so I kind of got bored,
" What do you want to do now?" Gerard asks
" I don't know." I say
"Let's go somewhere." Gerard says
"Where would we go?" I ask
"It's a surprise." Gerard says
I sigh and nod my head.
"Ok then close your eyes." Gerard says
I close my eyes and he leads me out to his car. He sets me in the seat and I keep my eyes close.
Soon I begin to feel the car move and I'm getting excited.
When he parks and tells me to open my eyes. I open them and in front of me is a roller skating rink.
"Oh my gosh ! I love roller skating." I say
" I found this place a couple of weeks ago." Gerard says
" Well come on you need to work on your roller skating skills." I say
He rolls his eyes but hurries all the same.
