the best has yet to come

i refused to leave Vics side..i needed to be the first one to see him when he re-gained conscienceness.

i cried for days at the thought of him never waking up but the doctors said with the amount of blood he had lost and the way he hit his head on the ground meant we wernt sure when he would wake up.

i just sat there and watched him sleep. so peacefully.

the way his lips were parted....and the sound of his hot breath slowly creeping through his lips was driving me crazy.

i dont know what overcame me but i reached over the bed and put my hand behind vics head and before i could stop myself.... i had locked our lips.

it was a hopeless act considering he was still out of it and as i kissed his numb body....a tear started to fall.

"i miss you Vic..Please come back" i whispered against his cold lips and slowly lowered my head so the tears wouldnt fall down my cheeks.

"Ill come back..if you...kiss me like that again"

i looked up as fast as fast as i could only to see that vic was still asleep.

was i dreaming?

I felt that kiss..

it was the best kiss we ever shared and jaime had no idea that i could feel it.

i tried to talk once again hoping that words would come out this time.

i wasnt sure until Jaime looked up at me with a hopeful look on his face..that he had heard me.

I set him back down on the bed and cried into my hands until i drifted off into a deep sleep

*A while later*

I woke up to the feel of lips on mine.

I was having a dream of me and vic on the beach back home and he had just leaned in to kiss me.

When i opened my eyes i relized who it was that was kissing me and the way their hands felt on me in that moment was amazing.

I started to let my hands explore every part that they wished to.

when i finally backed away all i could say was..

"Im madly and deeply ...hell! intencly in love with you Victor Fuentes! and dont you ever put me through this again!"
