"What are we doing today mom?" Says Roland as he sits in his chair at the breakfast table. I bring the plates to the table and set them down by everyone's seat. Our table is a big square that fits 8 so me and Robin on one side then on the side next to us is Ash's high chair and Lilly and then Roland and Henry on the other side with one empty side.
"Well tomorrow is a very special day for me and your mom so you all are going to spend the day tomorrow with Emma and Hook" says Robin as all the kids yell with excitement. The kids look at Emma and Hook like their uncle and aunt.
"Do we get to spend the day with Will!?" Asks Lilly. Will is Emma and Killian's 3 year old son. We always make this little joke that she has a little crush on him. And if course Roland finds this very amusing and picks on her.
"Roland stop." Says Robin sternly "Anyways. We're going to spend the whole day together all of us. So we are going to go shopping and to the movies all kinds of fun stuff!"
"Cool! What movie!" Says Henry "Can we go see Hunger games prt 2"
"Henry you know that's not age appropriate for the kids" I say not trying to be mean. "We are going to go see Zootopia though"
"Mommy why is tomorrow a special day?" Ask Lilly chewing on pancakes. I turn and smile to Robin and say "Tomorrow is me and daddy's 5th anniversary"
"What's and anni-versy?"
"It's the day that me and your mom got married." Says Robin giggling at Lilly and her pronunciation.
We all discuss what we're going to do for the day as we eat our pancakes and eggs like a happy family we are.
