Chapter 13: The rainy day ❤

I slammed my fist in a wall with anger. It hurt, much. "Ow." I groaned. My anger and disappointment was still there.

*Earlier*

I saw the purple hoodie sticking out of the crowd. I walked faster trying to get closer. Without even looking back the person with the hoodie started walking faster also. I was about to lose him/her in the crowd so I started to run. The person with the hoodie did too. I bumped into many people with my shoulders but was to busy to care. I was a good runner and was closing in pretty fast. When I could almost put out my arm and grab him/her a corner came the person quickly turned and I just grabbed air. I looked around the corner and to my surprise... No one was there. I tried to look closer but there was no sign of where the person went. I looked at my phone, I was late for work. I hit a wall with my fist to get put my anger. The pain was huge.

I was in a bad mood all day and just wanted to go to sleep. It was cloudy and the rain was in the air.

After work the rain had started falling down from the sky. I remembered that I had to walk home and didn't have any umbrella. I sigh and walked outside to feel it pouring over me. After walking a hundred metres I was soaking wet. A car stopped by and the window got down. I felt a happy reling in my stomach realizing who it was. "Jump in." He said. I got to the passagerares and got in the warm dry car. GD smiled at me. "Bad day to walk sweetie." My hair was dripping and made the seat wet. He stopped by my house and asked if he could come with me.

As we got in he spinned me around. "Perfect day for watching a movie, isn't it?" He asked. "Yeah, sure." I said. "I'm going to take a shower and change, I'll be back in a minute."

I removed all makeup and took a warm shower before changing into more comfotable cozy clothes. I walked into the livingroom and saw GD resting on the sofa. He must be really tired after working as much as he do. He had dark circles under his eyes after not been getting enough sleep. He opened his eyes when he heard me coming. He sat up immediatly. "You look tired, I can fix the food and also go rent a movie and but sweets if you want to?" I offered. "No way, you can't do it all by yourself!" He said. "Just lay down and rest, I'll fix it." I said. "No." He refused. He got up and kissed me before heading out the door. He was so stubborn. I walked to the kitchen and made dinner. I was about done when he was back.

He came into the kitchen with a smile. "Smell good!" He said sniffing in the air. I let him taste the food. "Mm." He just said. He took in the bag and put on the table. He had bought candy, chips and popcorn. And a coca cola to drink. He also had rent a movie that looked really good.

We ate by the fireplace with fire burning and warming us and you could see the rain pouring outside. After that we watched the movie with all snacks sharing a blanket. It was a perfect evening. Afterwards I found him sleeping in the sofa. I didn't wake him up, he needed his sleep. I went to bed with a happy feeling inside.

If I only knew what happened the next day I wouldn't be as happy...
