"We are all here to celebrate the life of Sargent Emilee Madisen Peterson.  Most knew her as a kind, brave, and beautiful girl. First we will hear from her mother Marianna Peterson, then we'll hear from Lana Parrilla Morrison. Well go from there." The bishop of Emilees word sat down in his chair. I sat there as her mom got up on the stand behind the coffin that had a flag on it. The room was filled with Emilees favorite flowers. There was a shadow box that had Emilees medals and pictures. It also had her first bikers vest. It had assorted things. There was also Emilees first movie contract. There was so many people in the room I had no doubt that the whole town was there. I sat in the second row right behind Emilees immediate family and Dylan. There was also the cast and directors. A couple other big names she had associated with.
"Emilee was kind. To her siblings? Depended on the day." Everyone chuckled sadly. "She had this attitude about things. She was ambitious and out going. And if you got her talking about a show such as Once Upon A Time, she ain't shutten' up till she's finished. When she talked about things she loved you could see that gleam in her eye that  would make you smile. Emilee was my middle child. And like all middle child's she felt forgotten. She was never forgotten." She said a couple more things before she couldn't talk anymore because she was getting choked up. When she sat down I was beckoned up. Jen squeezed my hand and kissed my cheek. I walked up picking up the front of my dress to go up the small steps. I walked to the mic adjusting it to my hight.
"Hi everyone. Emilee was an amazing actress and colleague. When I first meet Emilee she was working on that 3D box over there." I pointed to it. "Later that night she was watching Netflix on her lap top. Rebecca and I went into her trailer to get her to come to my house for some fun. She declined but Bex and I wouldn't have it. After she went to sleep we waited and hour and had Colin and Josh carry her out of her bed and into my car. I videoed it. When we where in the car I looked to Josh and said,"We are officially kidnappers.'" Everyone laughed. "When we got her to my house we put her in my bedroom and were down stairs waiting the arrival of some other friends. When she woke up she yelled and I'm not going to repeat what she said. But we managed to convince her to stay. As most of you know Emilee had a horrific experience when she was younger. Anyways we where laying in my bed. Her Ginny who was pregnant, me, Jen, and Bex. The men where down stairs. When she fell asleep Emilee had her arm with the burn across Ginny's stomach. We where so curious as to why she always had on her famous white camo jacket. We pulled up her sleeve and saw the faint out line of it. We got some make up remover after we noticed that she had makeup on her arm and removed it. When we where putting her arm back she was awake. That was the second time I had made her mad. I was on a roll." I looked to Jen to see her smiling encouraging me to go on. "Emilee had some ruff times there one where her heart had stopped and when it did I was asleep next to her in that hospital room. I was half asleep being pushed out of the bed and when I came back in the room she was laughing. That kid thought it was funny that she had scared me again. When I took her home that day she fell off the couch and scrapped her head on the coffee table. She laughed about that too. She always laughed when she got hurt.  It was rare for anyone to see Emilee cry. We saw her cry on camera a couple times but that is just because she had some tear jerkers. But the times she really cried where heart breaking because you knew she was really hurt. Over the months of shooting, we had grown fond of each other. One time I managed to make her made enough she drove from my house to the hospital. To get her new stitches out two day early. Thanks to Robert we found her there. That weekend she went to a hotel about an hour or so from the city and we all went and dressed up as staff her friend Bailey cuffed her to the table so she couldn't go anywhere." I wiped my tears and studied the sorrows faces. I looked to the back corner rows to see a group of girls I recognized them from pictures.
"Emilee was a daughter that I was never blessed to have. She opened my eyes to things that only certain people can do. When she left I helped her mom go through her stuff. Do you know what I found? Art. That's what I found. Emilee loved art. She had many things quotes in the back of not books painting sculptures anything. She had this canves paper that was blue and white. It said,'being brave is not the same as not being scared is deciding them at something is more important than being scared.' When she left to Iraq I put that on my wall. I put assorted quotes that she wrote around my house. To rap things up I would like to read one of Emilees diary entries.

'Dear diary,
I am going to marry the love of my life. Dylan Torez. He is the most kind handsome and buff but not to buff  guy I've meet. We meet in the bar I worked at. Don't worry I never drank. I had the job so I could lay low. My new dog Charlie is jealous that Dylan has my attention. But it's worth it. Both of them I love so much. My best friend and other mother Lana is going to go. I can't wait till I can be a wife to my boyfriend of almost 6 years.'
I would like to have Dylan come up and talk after me. Thank you." I sat down and patted his shoulder. He took a deep breath before getting up. He poked the mic before speaking.
"Hi I'm Dylan. I meet Emilee when I was one of her under cover guards. She didn't know it but soon learned. Emilee was the love of my life. We slept in the same bed but she always told me if I want more I got to have a ring. The first time I asked if she wanted to she said,'what do I look like?' I replied with beautiful. 'She said sweet talking doesn't go far with me. I'm waiting till marriage so if ya got a ring in your pocket keep it to your self.'" Everyone laughed. "The years that I spent with Emilee where magical. We went on dates we did yard work a couple times we where asked if we where married. That was the day before I proposed. I had her ring for a year waiting for the right moment. I'm currently wearing the Tuxedo I was going to marry her in." He chocked for a moment. "As Lana said she loved art. The house she lived in was painted and decorated. Even the house the men where staying in. She painted that as well. She also gardened. She told the men that she wasn't going to allow their yard to look like bachelors lived there. It was partially true. One guard happened to be Quinn. The man married to her friend Brinley. Emilee was shot in the leg while climbing a ladder into a helicopter. She was also shot twice in each shoulder. While getting a tag for Charlie." I looked down at the dog who refused to move away from her casket.
"Her dog in Iraq was a k9 named Max. Max was put down due to the injuries she suffered. When Emilee and I where in Rio, we went to a comic con it was the day after I proposed. We ran into Lana and Jen. And I saw the way she looked at them. She wanted to jump on them and hug them." He looked down and I saw the tears escaping. "Emilee I will marry you. Even though your dead I will marry you. I will wear my ring proudly." He kissed his ring and walked back to his seat. More talked. And one of her close friends played one of Emilees favorite song on the piano.
When we got to the cemetery the had a soldier burial. The shot in the air and gave the flag to Dylan. People took turns saying their last goodbyes and placing things my it. When everyone had cleared and only some family was still there I went up to the casket and opened it. She was dressed in her uniform. I took the necklace I gave her at the airport when she first left for Iraq out of my small purse. I placed it around her hands. I looked at her face to see no emotion. When I closed it again and whispered a good luck to her. I sat back down next to Jen who was crying. I put my face in my hands until I felt a weight on my lap. I looked down to see Emilees cast auto graph book. I furrowed my eye brows and looked up. I saw a girl that I hadn't seen before.
"Where'd you get this?" I asked. She smiled at me.
"She wouldn't have talked about me. It hurt to much to even think about me. She saved me many times. Look in that book and you'll find that it's not just some auto graph book." I looked to Jen to see her staring at the girl.
"Who are you?" She asked bluntly. The girl sighed.
"I'm Alex. Emilee and I fought in Iraq the first time together. We became close friends. Emilee gave that to me when we split our paths. My condolences." She nodded and walked to a motor cycle. She tossed her leather clad leg over the side and put on a helmet.
"What do you think is in here?" I asked turning to Jen. She just shrugged.
