{ your POV }
Walking into the cafe next to the cinemas, you saw a man with blonde hair looking at you. Not sure if he was looking at you or something behind you, you just brushed it off, knowing that you'll never see him again. Y/F/N walked towards you, a bright smile on her face.
"Y/N! It's been too long!" Y/F/N said as she pulled you into a hug. The same guy with blonde hair stood behind her, along with another guy with soft, brown hair and a warm smile on his face.
"Y/N, this is Conor, and Jack." You smiled and shook their hands, looking deeply into Jack's eyes. "Shall we watch the movie now?" She asked. The three of us nodded and payed for our ticket and popcorn.
Walking into the cinemas, your hand brushed against Jack's slightly, making you blush and smile into your jacket. You could still feel the warmth on the outside of your hand from where you touched. Sitting down, Jack and Conor sit next to you, making the smell of men's hair gel and cologne waft around you.
Halfway into the movie, you lean over to throw popcorn at Conor, when you see Y/F/N and Conor making out, making you sink back into your seat. "Might not want to bother them two for a while," you whisper to Jack with a smirk on your face. He laughed and they a handful of popcorn at your face. Jack laughed as you got a bigger handful and threw it at him, watching it tumble down his chest and on to the floor.
As the movie finished, Jack and you were covered in popcorn, while Connor and Y/F\N stared at you, questioning what happened. Pulling popcorn out of your hair, you walked behind Conor and in front of your friend and Jack.
"I'm hungry," Jack whined, causing you to giggle. Conor turned around and rolled his eyes.
"You're always hungry. Didn't you eat the popcorn?" He questioned. Jack and you look at each other then burst out laughing, remembering the state of the floor and seats after you all left.
"Nah, I ate it all. But I'm still hungry," Jack said, looking at the cafe that you entered before.
"Let's get something to eat then. It's only 11pm," you said.
The four of you sat down at a square table in the cafe, ogling the menus. After ordering, Jack slipped his hand under the table and placed it on your knee, making butterflies erupt in your stomach. Trying to break through the silence with a slight cough, you excused yourself to use the rest room. Walking faster and faster, you peered at Jack over your shoulder, to see him looking at you, and a very angry looking best friend.
"Why would you just leave me with them two, alone?!" She squinted at the bright lights, but still managed to sound angry.
"You didn't tell me it was a fucking double date!" You yell back, an old woman looking at you strangely, exiting the bathroom.
"It wasn't! I just invited one boy and his brother tagged along. That's it!" Storming out of the bathroom, you walked over to the table, to see Jack and Conor laughing, stopping in between laughs to breathe.
"Sorry guys, my roommate called me and said somethings happened." You grabbed your coat and threw it over your arm. Seeing the food hasn't come yet, you threw a twenty dollar bill on the table before walking out of the cafe. Someone tapped your shoulder.
"I'll walk you home," Jack said cheerfully. It was pitch black outside, and you knew it wouldn't be a good idea to walk alone at this hour, Luckily, your apartment wasn't too far away, so he walked with you, talking about Conor, Jacks YouTube channel, and your childhoods. As you got to your flat, you faced him.
"We should do this again," you said. He nodded and kissed your cheek before opening your hand and giving you a crumpled piece of paper.
"Call me sometime," he winked before walking down the steps and making his way down the street.
