After some more tears, and a surprising hug from professor Snape, I head to the Slytherin dorms to meet with Draco.

I look around the common room, surprised that he isn't sitting there. A glance at the clock reads four in the morning.

I walk up to the bed we now share, smiling when I find him fast asleep. I crawl into the bed with him, cuddling into his side.

He stirs a little and wraps his arms around me before falling back asleep. I smile even more and kiss his cheek.

"You mean everything to me, Draco," I whisper quietly, careful not to wake him.

"And you to me," he whispers quietly.

I laugh a little. "Did I wake you?"

He shakes his head. "Me? Nuh uh. Was wide awake. Waited patiently. All night."

I took my eyes. "Sure. Well, get some sleep, and I'll explain tomorrow. Okay?"

He nods and pulls me close, nuzzling my neck and quickly falling back asleep.

I smile and watch him, petting his hair. He's so adorable when he sleeps.

I close my eyes and let sleep take me as well.

The morning passes quickly, without any special events. No one bothers staring at us during breakfast anymore, and what's-her-name seems to have found a new boy to bother.

Transfiguration is pretty boring without Draco, but I manage to turn a bunch of mice into pretty teacups.

My next class is potions, which is extremely awkward now. Of course, being Snape's recently discovered niece doesn't mean I get let off easy, apparently.

When he lets us with a partner, me and Draco look at each other happily. That doesn't last long.

Snape tries to teach us how to make a simple spell that is supposed to make the person who drinks it float a little bit.

Draco chooses to drink ours. We get a little frustrated when nothing happens. I look over the list again.

"I don't understand! We did everything right, didn't we?" I ask, ready to crumple up the paper.

I hear laughter around me and ignore it. "What do you think, Draco? Maybe we didn't stir it enough. Draco?"

I look up when he doesn't respond. He isn't standing next to me anymore. I still don't register what everyone is laughing about.

I glance at the table and freeze. The halethorn that we were supposed to add... Is sitting in the table, untouched.

I look up slowly, not surprised when I find Draco floating near the ceiling. The halethorn is supposed to water down the potion, so that the person only floats an inch or two.

I sigh and slowly start laughing. I look up again, meeting Draco's unamused expression.

"Do you need anything while you're up there, dear?" I ask loudly. That causes the class to burst into hysterical giggles.

He gives me a grudging smile. "I can't think of anything off the top of my head, dearest. But maybe you can help me down?"

I shrug. "If I could, I would. But I am not quite sure how to go about that."

He sighs, then lays on his back. Since he's still in mid-air, it gives me a very decent view of his derriere.

"Coming through, make way! Malfoy, what are you doing on the ceiling?" Snape asks irritably.
