The Life She Never Dreamed Of

Chapter Seven-A New Begining

          It's the first day of school and Ally is a bit nervous. Her bus was really late and she got there before first peiod which was good though. She was slightly lost, but it t didn't take long to find her way around this new place.
     
            It was nice to be able to be herself again and not worry about how much her boyfriend wanted her to listen and do things because well, he's gone and out of her life.
            Ally makes some friends and wasn't alone on the bus. Her new friend Sam always sits next to her and they get along.

          It's been hard. This program and torn ally apart. She's so stressed and doesn't know what to do at all. She's trying, but her parents can't see that.

*** End of September into October***

            It's almost homecoming and Ally has her dress and can't wait. Wish James would be there, she thought. She feels like she got feelings for him, but is completely unsure.
Ally gets on the bus and her friend keeps looking at this dude who has sat close and closer to them. Sam insisted on Ally sitting in the aisle and not looking to argue she agreed. Ally and Sam talk like they normally do and the next thing you know Ally says CSGO and this random kid joins the conversation.

Kid: Sorry to be rude and barge in, but did you say CSGO?

Ally: *laughs* Uhh yeah why

Kid: Oh nothing I like that game is all.

            Then the conversation went from there, but quickly stopped as the bus got to his stop. I know this kid, but from where?? He's a nice kid, but I'm pretty sure I like James....I think?

********A few days later*******

            Sam isn't on the bus so Ally was stuck with this kid and doesn't even know his name. They have a substitute bus so she sits down and he sits across from her. They have a conversation about video games and comes to find out quick his mother has cancer. She holds back tears and continues to talk. Then she asks awkwardly for his name.

Ally: I feel dumb for asking, buuut what's your name again??

Kid: *laughs* Don't feel dumb, but yeah it's Ben.

          They continue to chat and he gets off the bus. Knowing homecoming was the next night Ally was excited to meet up with him because they said they'd hang out. She had a feeling he didn't want her though. Ben...hmm that name rings a bell. Hmp maybe it's just me, Ally thought to herself.

********Homecoming Night*********

          Ally gets to the school and meets up with Ben and Vanessa. He seems close with her and gets depressed knowing it was too good to be true. They get in and when they go get food and sit down and talks with them she realizes Ben is a gentleman and Vanessa seems to have no interest in him at all. When they talk about him Ally always says, "I don't like him but" and she couldn't help it because he was just so perfect better than James even. They swap Skypes and Steam and end up having a good night till he slow dances with Vanessa and went to go sit when the second slow song came on. Ally went home sad, but still happy.

******One week later*******

          Great, she thought, I'm the idiot who thought hey they won't think we are dating or plan on it. Fuck me seriously. I just want to die, why does this happen to me.
     
            Ally's parents went through her phone and say their texts and it seemed like her and James were dating. Now she's in trouble and can't see him again so she cuts...and cuts deep. She can't control herself and doesn't know what to do.
              
           Can't I just die...ugh, she thought to herself. She goes on without a word and let's depression take over once again. All she can hop now is that another guy comes her way just like they have many times before when she needed somebody. Maybe they'll stay...or just leave like the rest...I'll keep going till I can't anymore then I'll do it for real, she thinks to herself on the bus with Sam.
       
          Ally doesn't know what to do, but knows school is a priority. Boys have to wait. Ben is stuck in her head and can't figure out why and where she knows him from.
