Chapter Six

I slip on my weapons and wrap some cloth around my bullet wound.I sprint away from the camp."Grab 'em!"Someone yelled.I don't follow their plans and continue to run.Shots sized by and skimmed my skin.One jammed into my hip.One hits my leg.I fall looking to my feet,only one remained.I get up and fall down a hill,grunting and gasping as the impacts effected me.I limped a few more yards till I feel backwards into a tree.My blood leaving a trail behind me.I cut some of a spare shirt from my bullet wound.Wrapping my now footless leg,then my belt followed.Moans filled the air,almost undead ones.I Hop through the tree lines.I stumble and I'm then thrusted to my feet.A pair of cold lips lined my neck."Such a brave soul."He purred."It would be a shame to kill off such a young lad like yourself."He believed I was a man.Good."Sadly a vampire needs to eat to."He growled.I ram my head into his nose and limp run."Pitiful human!"He yelled popping his nose back into place.Normally that would kill a man."Fire!"Yelled Russian soldiers.The vampire killed them off but my other leg was shot off in the process.I crawl away just to be pressed against his dead chest.He was trying to push my head to the side."Come on!"He said angered.My neck was on the verge of snapping,I won't die today.A shot was heard striking my right lung.I cough up blood and look ahead.The vampire turning to ashes behind me.I gripped a tree branch and helped myself to my feet.I was wincing but I continued to pull."You don't give up do you?"Asked a dark and deep voice.When my feet touch the ground I Yelp quietly and stand on my new feet.The man chuckled then growled."Easy Lad."He said."Screw you!"I snap back in a males voice on accident.

My eyes located the speaker a man cloaked in black.A fendora of red,and orange goggle looking things.His face was hidden by shadow."There he is!"Yelled more Russians.I growl and a dynamite blows from underneath me.I release the branch and do a back flip landing right beside the man in red.Then I wince noticing I landed on my bloody stubs.I pull a grenade and pull the pin."Don't solider you'll hurt yourself more."He said.I roll my eyes and throw the grenade.

My mind felt hazy,I knew I was losing to much blood.I overdid myself.I fall to my left falling on my shoulder."Solider!"He exclaimed turning me over.I could barely make out his features.He takes off my jacket quick."Huh?"He mumbled.My chest told him everything."What do you want to to do?"He asked.

I won't die now
