I walked behind Moon into her house. Her house was small, smaller then the one I lived in.
I looked up, and I looked right in the sun, I was able to look right in it, he was just weak, the warmth he gave wasn't really strong yet.
"Where are you staring at? Come on inside." Moon said she looked at me with a smile, it was like she hadn't done anything else today, probably because the sun was finally shining again.
"I'm coming" I smiled back at her.
Inside the house it was nice and warm.
When we got in the living room there was an small box on the table, on it stood a little card. Moon took it.
"It is from my dad, yesterday he said that if we wouldn't see each other this morning, that when I would come home from school, there would be a little present on the table." she explained To me, she took the card and read it out loud. "Dear Moon, carry this with you , and you will be able to protect yourself, but I still hope you never have to use it.
Dad." Moon laid the card down and opened the small box, in it laid a knife. A sort penknife. In the wood was Moon's name engraved, with patterns around it. I was actually surprised that a father would give his only daughter a knife.
"Wauw..." Moon said and she smiled.
"Why did you got a knife?" I asked her, she lifted her shoulders once "I don't know, but my father is very protecting to me, and now he is a couple of weeks gone for business. I guess he wanted to make sure I'm save." She said while she hold the knife in her hands looking at it and turning it around to look at both sides of the knife.
She placed the knife back in the box and looked at me "Don't worry, my grand dad learned me almost everything about knifes." She said, I was surprised again, I met her grand dad, and he didn't really seemed to be a man who knew a lot about knifes.
"My dad and grand dad were knife collectors, they hoped Heath and I would help them, it was fun first, but then it became a little boring." She laugear by remembering the memory.
"You're so happy today, why? I mean, nit that it is wrong to be happy, you're beautiful when you are happy." I asked her, she smiled at me and kissed my cheek, which made me smile as well.
"I'm just happy, the weather is getting better again, my dad gave me a beautiful knife, and I'm with you." She explained and I laughed, when Moon laughed or smiled her eyes always lighted up, her eyes got a little smaller, her lips turned into a smile from ear to ear, and you could see her white teetsee"Well, I like it when you're happy. You're beautiful when you smile, you're always beautiful." I said

I stayed with Moon, while dinner, we were with four, Moon, her mother, her brother Heath and I. After dinner I helped Moon with the dishes and kissed her goodnight just before I went home.
It was dark outside when I got in my car. It was a clear night, and I was able to see all the stars as far as I could see.
I was almost the only one on the road, which was wierd because usually around this time there were still a lot of cars on the road. But it didn't bother me at all, because U could drive ahead without having to stop.
When I got home I also was alone there. My mother had to work tonight, where my father was, I had no idea.
