The Long Way Down The Road

Friend Meeting

It was a nice quiet day in CloudsDale that afternoon. The sun was shining, and few clouds filled the air for the arrival of Spring. Pegasus were flying, or working on rainbows for Spring.

Yes it was totally normal.

"RACE YA!" A Pegasus said.

"No fair you went too early!" Another said.

Well almost normal.

A young Pegasus names X, and Ikaros were having a race on this marvelous day. Ikaros felt the wind blow in her mane as she flew. She had no care in the world. Well, besides winning the race.

She flew faster and did a loop in the air. She manage to get close behind X.

X saw her and stretched out his wings.

"I can spark lighting with these!" He cheered whipping his wings.

Lighting sparked on his wings and flew around Ikaros. Ikaros dodges them with ease and sped up. She looped around X and flew in front of him, smirking at how easy it was.

She landed on a cloud that was in front of a cloud like hut.

"I win!" Ikaros pranced around on the cloud.

"Dang it..." X growled landed on the cloud next to her.

Ikaros chuckled and knocked on the door.

"CRAFTSTER?!" She yelled happily.

"Up *yawn* here."

X and Ikaros looked up to see their friend perched on a cloud.

Unlike them, Crafty didn't have a cutie mark yet. Well she had one, but it disappeared when she became a filly. She's had it since she was borned to the age of a filly. It was weird to every pony.

Crafty flew down to her friends, yawning sheepishly.

"Why so tired?" X asked poking her side.

Crafty yawned again and sat down.

"I stayed up reading "Daring Doo" again." She said closing her eyes softly.

Ikaros laughed," Well you can't fall asleep now!"

"We got to meet up with Hari and Dans." X said flapping his wings. Sparks of lighting shot from his wings.

"Fine." She said lifting herself up with her wings. She flew down into Ponyville below. X and Ikaros followed.

Their friends Hari and Dans live in Ponyville. Dans has white pupils, but where it's suppose to be white, it's black. He has yellow eyes, which look golden in the Winter. Hari is normal, but random. He likes wearing blue scarves, even on the hottest of days. Random.

Crafty landed in Ponyville in front of Dans's hut. She knocked on the door.

There was no one for a few seconds, which gave X and Ikaros time to land.

The door opened after a while. The door opened to show Dans in his usual blue puffy jacket.

"So, what's up canvas?" He said giving her his usual cheesy full-tooth smile.

He called her canvas for her no cutie mark. It was better than blank flank.

"Shut it." Crafty yawned.

"Sup Dans!" Ikaros waved.

"Yo bro." X smiles.

"Did you grab Hari?" Dans said as he locked his door behind him.

"N-"

"If I know him,"Crafty said interrupting X," he's already at SugarCube Corner."

This was a thing Crafty did to annoy her friends. And it often worked. Since X was "hostile", it was very easy for him to get annoyed.

"Alrighty then, let's go." Dans flew over them and headed for the sugary place.

The others trotted behind him. It was only a five minute walk.

They got there and opened the door, a cheery bell ringing as they went in.

"HEY GUYS!" Pinkie Pie called happy from the counter.

"Hey Pinkys, the usual table." Ikaros smiled.

"Okie dokie lokie!" And Pinkie bounced away behind the kitchen door.

They walked over to their table where Hari was already waiting in his blue scarf.

He saw them and smiled. He waved them over, and they came over.

"Is ever pony present?" Crafty asked sitting down.

"Yup!"

"Then let "The Crew Down Under (Tale)" meeting begin!" Ikaros cheered.

"YEAH!"
