The Long Way Down The Road

Let the fight...begin shortly?

Ikaros squealed with delight. She flew all over the room, squealing. The crew looked at her.

"Dude this is serious, and your happy?!" X screamed.

Ikaros landed next to X again, still having a huge smile on her face. Even the slender pony was confused.

The pony then snapped out of it, and pushed some kind of button he brought with him.

With that, a bucket of black goo fell on the crew. It only didn't hit Crafty, who just looked depressed.

"Oh come on!" Hari yelled, flapping his wings.

Everyone was complaining about how they got their 'powers', every pony except Ikaros, who was still in dazed by seeing her favorite creepy pasta.

"Well, I guess we have to fight oue wat out." Dans sighed getting into pounce position.

The three were about to pounce, when Ikaros stopped them.

"Can we just, not fight him?" Ikaros asked.

"We could take the back door!" She exclaimed pointing to a door behind them.

So they had a decision, take the door, or fight.

"AAAAAAH!" They yelled running through the forest.

"Let go of me!" Crafty yelled.

They stopped in front of the pond shortly and drew Crafty in. Her wounds were still there, but she was back to normal.

Then, they all jumped in (Sans was reluctant) and put Crafty on Ikaros back.

"Is he still coming?" Hari said panting.

Dans looked behind them, and froze. He could still hear the screeching of the monster coming closer.

"Yes!" Dans exclaimed.

The crew gasped and kept running, the monster screeching got closer and closer still.

"Look!" Crafty yelled.

There was an opening through some trees, an orange trail. The sky grew lighter, and the ground into a oleander substance, dry bit soggy.

The screeching came to a stop, as they stepped into the opening of the trees.

It was like a dessert, but just a trail.

"I guess we're getting closer." Hari sighed.

"I guess.."
