NOTE: If you are reading this story prior to 5/11/16, then please look at the last chapter. I altered Ciel's order. If not, then enjoy! ;P

~Rachel's POV~

As everyone was leaving the room, I stayed in the pew.

Matthew tapped on my shoulder causing me to turn around, "Would you like a tour of this place? I think it would help persuade you to join the church."

I nodded, and took his hand that he had extended towards me. We waited until everyone left the church. I kept looking in a different direction so I wouldn't make eye contact with Ciel or Sebastian.  At one point out of the corner of my eye I could see Ciel notice me, but didn't try to talk or go towards me. Instead, he took his butler and they left.

The last person left the chapel and the door closed leaving the two of us in here. Matthew clapped his hands, "Alright! Lets begin. You've already been in the main worship room so lets go to the other rooms."

I followed Matthew out of the main room, down a long hallway, outside several small rooms.

"These," Matthew pointed out, "Are 'prayer rooms'. If you're having a tough time, you can pray by yourself or with a few others in one of these rooms. Make sure to tell someone you are going in there though. The doors lock from the outside."

I raised an eyebrow, "Why not from the inside?"

Matthew shrugged, "I'm not sure..."

Something sounded fishy in that answer, but I didn't question him.

We visited the cafeteria, the Sunday School rooms, and then the office. All the rooms were ordinary except the office. You would think the office is normal, but then Matthew pushed a button from underneath the desk, and a bookshelf moved to the right revealing a large wooden door.

My eyes widened, "So... What's behind that door?"

Matthew grabbed my hand, "A storage room. I have a special gift for you."

Matthew opened the door, and he was right; it was a storage room. We went to the back of the room, and he opened a cardboard box that held multiple little colored boxes. He picked up a blue one, and handed it to me. I opened the box, and found a blue sapphire necklace.

I gasped, "It's very beautiful!"

He put it around my neck, and flipped the stone over. I looked closely on the back, and noticed a cross engraved on the back.

"These types of necklaces are supposed to ward off the evil spirits. I would like you to come back next Sunday. Can you?"

I thought for a moment, "I suppose I can. I will check my agenda for this week and then make my final decision."

Matthew smiled, "Good. A pretty woman like you deserves to be in a good place."

Matthew helped me into my carriage before kissing my hand, "Have a good day, milady."

"You too." I replied. Matthew placed a small card in my hand before I signaled for the driver to drive. Matthew kept waving until I was out of site. Matthew seems like a nice person, but he's too trusting.

I let out a sigh before taking the necklace off my neck. I opened the box, but it slipped out of my hands, and onto the floor. The box fell to the floor letting the square of foam out, and a card that I have not seen before. Confused, I picked up the card, and looked it over. The card gave all the information of the church, and a basic overview of what the necklace does. The neckless does exactly what Matthew said: it wards off the evil spirits.

The card that I had received from Matthew was a small business card with the churches information, and his information.

I put everything back into the box, and sat it on my lap waiting to get back home to tell my master what I have seen today.

~3rd Person POV - After church~

After service, everyone was leaving. Ciel noticed that Rachel was over there, but didn't make any effort to go over there. Ciel figured he could talk to her another time. As soon as Ciel and Sebastian got outside, Ciel gave Sebastian orders.

"Sebastian, follow Rachel to wherever she is going, and ask her about where she has been."

Sebastian bowed, "Yes, my lord."

Ciel got into his carriage, and ordered the driver to drive. Sebastian stayed behind and stood at the back of the building. It took about 15 minutes for everyone to clear out before Sebastian could wait more towards the front of the building. About another 10 minutes and the door opened revealing Matthew and Rachel. Matthew helped Rachel into her carriage, and said his farewells. The carriage left the church. Sebastian waited for Matthew to go inside before racing after the carriage. When Sebastian got close enough, he opened the door, and hopped inside. He quickly covered Rachel's mouth in case she were to scream.

"Don't scream. Miss Rachel, this is Sebastian. Where have you been?"

~Back to Rachel's POV~

I pried off Sebastian's hand, "I wasn't going to scream. I have a serious contract that I am under. One that if I break, something bad will probably happen."

"You are working for us, remember?" Sebastian said.

I looked out both windows before letting out a sigh. I whispered, "Look, I'm not supposed to associate with you or Ciel. In fact, I'm not supposed to tell you a thing. I need you to please return to the young master, and not disrupt my work. I will try to figure out a way to come back soon... Hopefully."

"The young master has ordered me to bring you back to the manor." Sebastian said sternly with his eyes flashing fushia for a few seconds.

"He didn't say when though, right? He didn't say today." I replied with a smirk.

He raised his eyebrows for a moment before giving his cat-like grin, "He did not. Very well, but I will return you soon."

I nodded, "I cannot wait to be back, but I need to serve my duties to my other master... Who's a demon."

"A demon?" Sebastian asked.

"I've said too much for now. I need you to please leave, Sebastian." I said sternly.

He bowed, "Why certainly, my lady. Have a good day."

Sebastian then left the carriage. I slumped into my seat and reached for the box with the necklace in it only to find it gone. OH SHIT. THAT BASTARD STOLE IT!

I looked under the seats and could not find it. Then I chuckled, maybe this will help them solve the case sooner.

***

"Welcome back, Rachel. Have a seat." the demon ordered.

I sat down, "I got a little information, but I need to go back next service for sure."

The demon nodded, "Very well. Tell me what you have gotten so far."

Ok, Rachel. We're not going to say we associated with Sebastian or mention the necklace that he stole.

I then proceeded to tell him everything from the church room in the "basement" to getting a tour and to leaving. Instead of telling him that I got a necklace, I said that once I become a member, I will receive a necklace. I gave the demon the card Matthew gave me.

"This card has it's information on this." the demon said.

"Yes.." I looked on the back of the card. I missed that there was stuff on the back. "Demon, there is more on the back. I must of missed that.

The demon flipped the card over to find extra information. It chuckled, "Do you know what this says?"

"I didn't get a chance to read it."

"It says that he wants you to come back on Wednesday night for special service. I would like you to go there as well."

I nodded, "Very well."

~Finally updated! I focused last week for my con so I took a week off. Here's the new chapter! Enjoy!
