Brandy’s POV

Brilliant!  I muttered as I watched myself in this salon’s mirror…  I just can’t stomach wearing a short hair..So not me! So I went there to have extensions… And bloody Crown! I’m as gorgeous as before…

I looked at my face,, I’m still beautiful,,, but I have  some fats under my chin.

.I looked at my body.. Well, not that terrible.. But I had to admit that it’s no longer as perfect as before…

I guess I would have to hit the gym again.. DARN IT!!!   Ranting is no use at this time…If I can’t bring back time, therefore, I’m bringing myself back to that time… the time when I’m supposed to enjoy my youth and be as free as hell.

I took my shopping BAGS and went home… oh, by the way, have I told you that we moved house? I dunno why that guy suddenly imposed that, but it’s fine… because I love living here in the urban.

The gate opened as the home car entered the big garage….I saw the nanny called Manang Ana and the kid , claiming to be my SON, waiting for me on the doorsteps….

LUISA?!?!?!   The old woman yelled… She looked at me from head to toe with disbelief in her wrinkled eyes…

I didn’t greet her or anything; I just went straight to the door and throw myself at the long couch.  The two followed me inside but the nanny hysterically went upstairs…

 Mommy?  The kid called… He came near me and looked at me with such innocent eyes. Here it goes again, this annoying pinch in my heart…

Hey! Come ‘re kiddo. I said…Gladly he sat down beside me. I looked at him and said: Hey! I’m not your mommy okay? Call me Brandy!   Then I pinched his cheeks.

Mommy… Blandy…. He tried pronouncing…  oh, I hate slow kids….

No!  Just Brandy! Brandy,okay???  I yelled… He looked frightened and seconds later, he burst a loud cry….

Martin’s POV

WAHHHH!!!!    Nagkatinginan kami ni Manang ng marinig naming ang malakas na iyak ni Louie. 

Nagbabasa ako ng mga documents ng umakyat si Manang Ana at sinabing bumaba daw ako para makita si Luisa. Agad agad kaming bumaba para tignan kung anong nangyari.

It shocked me nang makita ko si Louie na nakaupo sa sofa at umiiyak habang katabi ang isang babaeng maymahaba at kulot na buhok, naka full make-up, at napakaliberated ng suot….

Si Luisa ba ‘to??? Halos hindi ko siya makilala…. Ibang iba… Pero kelan ba ako masasanay? Masasanay na wala na ang dati kong asawa?

Mali yata ang desisyon ko na sa city lumipat…Sana sa gubat ko na lang tinira ‘tong babaeng ‘to.

Bumaba ako at binuhat si Louie.  Anong nangyari? Tanong ko sa kanya… Napansin ko na kahit bumalik na ang alala niya at English siya magsalita, ay nakakaintindi siya ng tagalog.

I dunno.  Sagot niya sabay tayo at kinuha ang napakaraming shopping bags… Umakyat siya ng hagdan at huli ko ng narinig ang pagbagsak ng pinto ng kwarto  niya.

Wag kang sumuko , hijo.   Sabi ni manang ana sabay tapik sa likod ko…
