Under the Earth

Behind Fang

Sam decided that he'll try to get behind Fang tomorrow. Sam woke up at about four o,clock the next morning so he would have at least two hours-his parents woke up at six o,clock-to get past Fang. His first attempt didn't go well. He tried to just run for it. It would've worked but he found out the door had a lock and he got attacked by Fang leaving him with a big cut on his hand. He went inside, got a bandaid, put it on, and went back outside for his second attempt. But  this time he had an idea. He went inside, got a raw steak and a paper clip, and went back outside, again. He held up the steak and walked towards the shed. Fang was so interested in eating the steak, he didn't care about Sam! Sam held up the steak more as he picked the lock so it would be harder for Fang to get it. It took a lot of time and taking steak back from Fang but he picked the lock.

When he got in he was so amazed that he drop the steak and Fang snatched it. Sam shut the door still amazed at how good condition his dad kept the shed. It had posters, a LEGO crane, a line of tools on the wall, and a black & yellow carpet. At first Sam forgot about the tools and started playing with the crane, but then he remembered what he was doing. He grabbed a pic axe, a shovel, some fire in a can-which was next to the crane-,and turned around to leave. He opened the door but shut it immediately. Fang had finished the steak and was ready to guard again.

"Ok,ok,ok" Sam thought trying to calm himself. Then Sam had an idea. He snatched a rock from outside and threw it far away from the house. Then, just as Sam had thought, Fang turned his attention to were the rock landed and started barking like there was something there. Sam grabbed the tools and ran back to the house. When he got inside he went to his bedroom and hid the tools under his mattress. He checked his watch, it took him thirty minutes. So Sam just lay in bed for next one and a half hour.
