It was the night Fury left and also the night where Natasha should start the mission.
She was staring at the window in her room, she could see Fury leaving there. Fury saw her and shook his hand for showing a goodbye. She smiled.
Fury had left but Natasha kept starring at the window. Her legs were standing sturdy, her body looked so strong, and her face looked so beautiful that anyone couldn't expect what she feel inside. But not her eyes, they were showing she was sad. Sad because of jealousy that she felt inside. Seeing Tony and Fury left and finally got their simple life. Just like her heart always wanted. If she could choose either to be a great spy or an ordinary woman, she would choose to be an ordinary woman who can live her life with peace. That was what her heart always wanted.
She never feel scared to face her mission, but not at that time. She needed someone to talk to but nobody was there. She was thinking about Steve and wanted to call him down but her head said no.
Suddenly, there was knock on the door.
"Steve?"
She opened it and found a guy with a suit standing in front of her.
It was an agent who just wanted to tell her to leave right now
- "Natasha!" Sam called her as he saw her walking out the building. N: Sam..
Sam: aren't you on your holiday? Fury said it would be like 2 weeks
N: oh really? (She smirked) I've finished it and now I got to back to work (smiled)
Sam: ugh, I hope I could get my holiday soon..... Anyway where are you going? (He got curious)
At first, she didn't want to answer it because it was a secret mission from Fury. But she thought it wasn't a problem, Fury had out though.
N: New Jersey.. Going back to the mission
Sam: this midnight?
She nodded and smiling.
Sam: whoa.. Um.. has Steve finished his holiday too?
N: ya..
Sam smiled. Sam: okay.. Good Luck, Nat!
*Steve's Apartment* He was in the balcony, staring at the scenery while thinking about Natasha. He trusted her but she was lying to him. He didn't want this thing happen but he really feel upset with her.
KNOCK KNOCK! It was 5 o'clock in the morning. Steve awoke as he heard the knock. He opened the door and Sam was there. S: Sam?
Sam wore a t-shirt with a sport pants and running shoes Sam: hi Cap! Ready for running?
Steve got distracted how did Sam know he had already home but he didn't mind it. S: maybe a few miles would be better
- S: need a new set of lung?
Sam laughed. Sam: I still couldn't catch you up
They both took a rest under the tree while drinking mineral water. Sam: I still curious why you don't come with Natasha
S: what do you mean? (He got distracted)
Sam: New Jersey?
Steve was just staring at him with curiosity
Sam: you didn't know it? Man! She went there last night for the mission.
Steve shocked and stood up S: I'm sorry Sam.. I got to go (he walked away)
