Jack brought me back and decided to stay for a little, so he told the Guardians that we were "catching up". I showed him around the house and we talked about me being a guardian. Then we went up to put Midnight in bed because she was tired from the day of excitement.
Jack and I went into my room and we sat on the bed next to each other. Out of some sort of habit, I put my head on his shoulder. He was surprised that I had remembered what I used to do.
"Do you remember doing that as a human?" he asked, putting his head on top of mine.
"I think I do," I remarked "I also remember that you were an amazing friend and would tell me about what happened at the Pole that day"
Jack laughed, "But now you will know without me telling you"
I sighed, "yup, me being a new guardian and all"
Jack nodded, looking out the window. Out of the corner of my eye, I saw him smirk and then look at me.
"I have an idea"
