Kyle's P.O.V

My breathing speed jumped wildly.

I felt the stinging pinch in my arm pierce through it like a knife.

My eyes were stung shut as if I had been sleeping for weeks and have just now gotten up.

I began coughing and I could feel things everywhere on me. Something twitching within my nostril, my shoulder aching in pain, my lower leg feeling frozen. I didn't know what to think.

I was barely conscious, I couldn't comprehend all the things that were going on.

I opened my eyes as they began repeating patterns of shutting and closing within milliseconds. They wanted to stay shut but I had to know what was going on.

My eyes were watery. Or at least I thought. I couldn't see or make out anything for a few seconds at a time.

White orbs and large darker colors moved around my blinded sight.

I kept blinking rapidly to cleanse the haze in my eyes. Eventually I began seeing figures. People, machines, lights.

My head was throbbing. I could now feel my whole body throbbing. It felt like my entire body was wrapped in a blood test wrap-band. Concealing blood pressure

I began hearing beeping and chatter through the room.

I tried moving my right arm to assist my forehead with the throbbing, but I was met with an instant pinch where a needle was placed in me.

Immediately I jerked my arm back in place to its original spot.

"Uhm mph..." I let out a moan as I began heaving big breaths.

"It's going to be ok, stay calm, please!" I heard a man say.

I lifted my head up a few degrees to see the area around me better.

My vision was still blurry but I could see three people.

There was a man in a hospital clothes, a woman wearing large examination spectacles, and a familiar face. One of the care directors at the foster home.

My neck began feeling sore and I let my head fall back to the pillow behind it.

All of a sudden everything went black for what seemed like for only five seconds.

I woke up again in the same place I was in originally.

The pains in my body were minimal and the throbbing was gone. I could feel a bit of needles within me but I knew not to move.

I move my mouth to breath in the fresh air. My mouth was dry, I felt like I just woke up from a long nights sleep.

I opened my eyes slowly as I adjusted to the familiar lighting of the room. Eventually I kept them open.

Boop... Boop... Boop

I heard a sound to my left and saw a tower of computers and machines. I couldn't see the front but one of them was making a constant beeping sound. I assumed it was a heart monitor.
